Born and raised in Edmonton, Greta Gerstner is a mother of two children aged 8 and 11. She works full time as General Insurance Broker, is the Executive Director of Strategic Alliance for Alberta Students with Learning Challenges, the Advocacy Coordinator of her daughter’s School Council and is a member of Casa’s Family Advisory Council.   She is actively advocating for changes to the education system so all children have what they need to be successful in her role as Executive Director of Strategic Alliance for Alberta Students with Learning Challenges.    She is also a strong advocate for better access for support and resources for mental health challenges facing families.
