Yaisa Andrews-Zwilling, PhD shares the differences in running a research program at a small biotech versus in academia. Dr. Andrews-Zwilling talks about getting up to speed on business vocabulary when she became an industry scientist, and how she thinks strategically about different stakeholders. She also talks about her experience doing science internationally and her identities as a female scientist and woman of color.
