Jeremy Corbyn was the keynote speaker at the Stop The War Coalition rally that took place in Trafalguar Square in London on 11 January 2020. The rally took place a few hours after Iran admitted it has accidently shot down an aircraft that resulted in 176 innocent lives being lost. This happened after the president of the United States, Donald Trump, issued an order that resulted in what has been described by many commentators as the assassination of an Iranian General.
