My specialty is helping Entrepreneurs and organizations process in order to figure out next steps. Most of the time, we already have the answers, we just need it to be teased and processed out of us. This is what I would say is my mental support. Emotionally, I help entrepreneurs process the fears, depression, and anxiety they feel as they keep walking down their path. Spiritually I am Christian, and so I speak from that perspective. But I essentially help entrepreneurs to discern where God wants them to take their business and how to be socially impactful. I also design workouts to build up spiritual disciplines (that are fairly universal, not just Christian specific)
