In the early stages of (surviving) parenthood, pregnancy and giving birth can be scary to experience. It has its highs and lows, but a beautiful, healthy child is what we ultimately desire. In this episode, I share my birth story of Janelle, my first child (who’s now 5 years old!!!) and what my experience was like being a first time parent.
