The double features keep coming as Talk Movies To Me enters the Halloween season to review two fun but imperfect horror comedies. In Vampires vs. the Bronx, three teenagers suspect that the real estate company buying up the neighborhood may have more blood-thirsty motives than simple gentrification. Meanwhile, Extra Ordinary tells a more personal story of a woman forced to confront her own insecurities of communicating with spirits to save a friend's daughter from ritual sacrifice. Although both premises have the potential to create two new classics of the genre, Luke and Rachel feel that each film falls a bit short of its full potential.
