Giving a little shout out to one of my listeners, who has been loyal for a long while now. THANK YOU! You know who you are and it was great catching up via text recently. You keep rocking it in that lovely city you have moved to. 🤗

My shoulder is doing a tab bit better, which is great as it was hurting so bad for awhile there. Not cool, let me tell ya! It is still not great and not sure what will be next if it doesn't get even better but I'm hopeful that it actually feeling better is a sign that it will, well, get mo better. 😉

I met a Navy veteran today and we got to talking about boot camp and all the (looking back) silly stuff we went through. We weren't laughing back them but we sure can laugh about it today. lol

FYI: June 21st, 2024 (this coming Friday) makes the three year mark of being cancer free or in remission. Ok, now you may be guessing about the previous question above. heehee If you want raise a glass of your favorite drink... be it water, milk, wine, beer or whatevs on that day and toast with me for the years to only continue with NO evidence of disease. Amen! #thankyoujesus 🙌🏽
