In this episode Dr Nichola Stefanou, Director of clinical practice for Home Group meets with other members of the team to reflect on how Home Group have dealt with the Coronavirus pandemic so far. They discuss the challenges of supporting the frontline services and communicating effectively with both customers with complex care needs and colleagues.
