Happy Mental Health Awareness Month! The podcast is back for a discussion of identity, authenticity, and maintaining your mental health in the process of figuring all that out. I'm joined by Isaac (@isaacriverra), who is a dear friend that I met along my grad school journey. Isaac and I discuss our time working together as play-therapists, and talk about some of the TV I've been watching lately (namely Moonknight on Disney+ and Severance on AppleTV).
