Moderated by Charles Kingston, CEO and publisher of REFIRE, and Andrew Barber of Targa Communications in London, the roundtable was focused on the office market in Germany and the impact of the Covid-19 pandemic on the sector, with millions of workers working remotely, and with staff required to maintain a safe distance from each other when they do return, the way in which 'the office' is utilised has changed dramatically since the start of the pandemic.

Many observers believe that this shift in working patterns and practices may well prove to be a sea change for the sector and raises the question of how will businesses occupy office properties in a post-pandemic world and what will the impact of Covid-19 be on the office investment market?
