We are three urban, public educators who are actively teaching in the classroom. We are also real people who curse, ramble, and argue when discussing our profession. Our identities are kept a secret to protect our students, our families, and our jobs. But really, who we are isn't that important. We could be any teacher, in any building, across the United States.
