Growing up we have the preconceived idea of how our lives are supposed to be. First we attend school then college, we establish a career and start a family. This is the equation for success. What if we challenged all of that, what if the societal norms are just that... goal posts pushed by the world we live in rather than what our hearts actually desire. Today we dive in and talk about the social constructs that we're taught from a young age and how it can affect us, from the "perfect" picture of success to body image expectations.
