Adam has built a $1B organization in less than ten years by creating a culture where personal growth and work-life integration come first.Adam thrives on taking on physical challenges including Bikram yoga, hiking, Ironman races, white-water rafting, skiing, and more. He fuels his mind and spirit with 40 minutes a day of meditation and spends as much time as possible outdoors with his family and friends.He believes all of this is simple, but not easy. Life is hard. Business building is hard. There are daily struggles to overcome. It’s about finding the gift in all of life’s experiences and understanding that you have the power to unleash joy!Adam lives in South Burlington, Vermont, with his wife, Sarah, and three children, Sienna, Asher, and Madelyn.

Isadore, more commonly known as Isy, is a born and raised Southern Californian. He is formally trained and certified in audio engineering and audio editing, ranging in many styles of work: music production, audio book editing, podcast production, video game sound design, and more. He is also a seasoned musician, coming from a family of professional musicians. He is trained in drums, guitar, piano, vocals, and music theory. Having a developed ear for detail and nuance in pitch, rhythm, and flow are all aspects that he brings into his work as an audio editor and engineer.

Mark Redmond has worked in the field of caring for homeless and at-risk youth for over 40 years. Currently, he is executive director of Spectrum Youth & Family Services in Burlington VT.Redmond's writing has appeared in Forbes, The New York Times, The Washington Post, Huffington Post, Commonweal, The National Catholic Reporter, and America. His first memoir, "The Goodness Within: Reaching out to Troubled Teens with Love and Compassion," was published in 2004. His second book, "Called: A Memoir," was published in 2021.Redmond has told stories for The Moth Radio Hour, The Lapse, Strangers, and RISK! His one-person show on Broadway, "So Shines a Good Deed," premiered in 2019.
