Learning how to regulate your nervous system is just as much about UNprogramming as it is REprogramming when it comes to our default mode and how we react to certain situations. We've been conditioned that if their's a goal we really want, it's probably going to be hard to get it, or take more out of us then we're willing to give in order to acheive it...but that's not always the case. I dive into a few things I've been practicing to work through this old belief for myself in both business and my personal life. As well as a few things I'm learning about helping my almost 3 year old better understand and feel her emotions, so she can start to regulate her nervous system as well (A skill I didn't even know about until maybe a year ago!!)
