Baher Azmy is a Constitutional lawyer and professor of law at Seton Hall University. He is the Legal Director of the Center of Constitutional Rights.Azmy clerked for Dolores K. Sloviter, Chief Judge of the Third Circuit Court of Appeals in Philadelphia. In 2005, he started working at the Center for Constitutional Rights, and was the lawyer for Guantanamo captive Murat Kurnaz.Azmy received his B.A. from the University of Pennsylvania, his M.P.A. from Columbia University, and his J.D. from New York University School of Law.

Katherine Gallagher is a Senior Staff Attorney at the Center for Constitutional Rights. She works on universal jurisdiction and international criminal law cases involving war crimes. She is a member of the Editorial Committee of the Journal for International Criminal Justice, and is a visiting professor of law at the City University of New York (CUNY) School of Law. Prior to coming to the Center for Constitutional Rights, she worked at the United Nations International Criminal Tribunal.
