What's in this recording? During our final free beta testing session for project WePause Weekly, I (Ali) led a discussion on tapping into our inner artist. Eleven years ago, I embarked on a journey as a designer and artist, a pivotal period in my life. Credit goes to my mentor, Wil Heywood, for introducing me to transformative techniques like Morning Pages, Artist Dates, and meditation, which deepened my connection to my consciousness. Honestly, at the time, I didn't fully grasp their impact; I trusted Wil and followed his guidance. However, upon reading Julia Cameron's "The Artist's Way" years later, I began to connect the dots. Hence, I resolved to share insights from these practices during our session. The response from our wonderful audience exceeded my expectations; I felt immense joy in sharing the wisdom cultivated by Wil over a decade ago with such remarkable individuals. If you're facing challenges, dedicate 30 minutes to listening to this session and commit to practicing our techniques for a few weeks—I assure you, you'll witness significant changes. I eagerly anticipate discussing your experiences with those who take on this journey. I always find it enriching to learn how these techniques resonate with people.
