On my coaching application, I ask what are your goals. Oftentimes what I see is, “I want to lose 5-10lbs”. It’s always this magic number, this magic range of 5-10lbs.
What I know you’re thinking is, “If I just lose these 5-10lbs I’ll be so much happier in my body,” but I want to talk about why that is not entirely the case.
Your desire to lose weight is valid and I am in no way saying that I do not take that goal seriously. I do truly understand that you are unhappy in your skin and you feel uncomfortable, but I do want to share insight into why you believe that is the sole solution and why I still have happy clients when not all of them reach their quote-unquote goal weight.
