While I lived in a cage, hiding from the world, I realized my condition was getting worse.  I was living too small – far below my potential.  Living in my head, rather than out loud... plus I had a negative attitude.  And there seemed to be no one to help me get out.  I felt trapped. 

And as I talked with @OscarMikeSpeaks, he shed some light on living in a cage from a man’s perspective and highlighted other ways people can get stuck. If you feel trapped or stuck like I did, you will experience some kind of emotional turmoil.  Just know that there is a solution.
