If you’re familiar with my story, you know I’ve struggled with weight, body and self image issues my entire life.
I started dieting at six years old and continued through adulthood. I tried every diet, diet pill and workout program out there and failed miserably to reach my weight loss goals.
But–I finally figured it out WHY. And lo-and-behold, it has nothing to do with diet and exercise. Once I figured this out, I was finally able to change my results.
I lost weight, and I got fit. I even did a little fitness competition. In a bikini!
So – I’m going to share this with you today.
