Victor Kizer is the Exercises Science & Kinesiology Program Director at Maryville University, works as the Missouri State Director of  The National Strength & Conditioning Association, has his DSc  or is a Doctor of Health Science, studies as a researcher in PTSD with his on going career in the military reserve, and has also been a previous gym owner and personal trainer in the fitness field . Victor offers a unique perspective with his extensive academic background and practical, in the trenches, experience with gyms & 1 on 1 personal training in the field. In this podcast we explore where these two areas do and do not cross paths.
