Meet Ray Coulter

Ray Coulter’s story is one many AFC members are familiar with - a Palm Beach State College locksmith accepted the challenge to begin his leadership journey. The result? Growth. Confidence. Transformation. Fast forward ten years later, he is our fearless leader assuming the role of the 2021 AFC State President.

What’s his mission? To make an impact and empower others to be a leader – to BE THE CHANGE.
