Having trouble staying motivated for training?
As I write this, we are currently in the midst of the holiday crush. All of my children are celebrating birthdays around the typical Christmas and New Year celebrations adding a bit of logistical nightmare to my training.
I suspect the same goes for you as well! Staying motivated when busy, tired and preoccupied remains one of the most challenging aspects of training for triathlon and endurance sports. With that in mind, I wanted to offer a few things that have helped me over the years to stay motivated.
