CUSP Magazine is a Chicago-based online guide that focuses on Chicago’s creative community. It’s use of unique photo, video, audio and writing styles, allows CUSP to showcase Chicago’s rising new creatives in a unique way.

In our first episode of The Convo, we sat down with Jake Nickell founder of Threadless. We caught up with him at their HQ and took some time out to chat about some of the early days of his entrepreneurial journey.
