This is a really brilliant short-form sci-fi series. The first season is only four episodes long, but its concise nature allows for 45 minutes of tight, humorous, poignant, engaging story-telling. The first two episodes of season two allude to more of the same, and I'm excited for the rest of the new stuff to be released!

The Dial-Up is one of my very favourite audio dramas and listening to it fills me with glee. The voice actors have effortlessly magnificent chemistry with each other. The script is clever and witty. The short length of episodes works really well as the story feels snappy and tight, never dragging on and no filler or padding to be found. The premise is really clever and the writing does it justice, mixing sci-fi themes with casual British banter and pop culture references galore. I cannot wait for season three, and the next smart expansion of events, joyful interaction between characters and "I got that!" nods to film, television, video gaming, celebrities, music and the like. Truly a great little series.
