Keeping promises; That what potential voters seek. Also, Communities have different necessities ( e.g.; Farming, manufacturing, etc) that need solutions/answer. Vulnerable sectors are swingers: they sway towards the loudest person who is not necessarily helpful. BTW, I think Chuck is too full of himself and he comes across as a whiner as he takes shots at his republican colleagues. Politics is nothing but dirty for both parties 🙂
