Hey, hello

0:04

everybody and welcome.

0:29

Welcome back to the film Riro. We're the podcast where

0:31

we play through your favorite movies. This role playing games

0:33

and completely make a buck of them. We

0:36

are back with a fifth element part five,

0:38

five by five over here. In the pipe.

0:40

Just coming in strong. We're just coming in

0:42

high energy and in the room with me

0:44

today is in the role of Lilloo, Jaz

0:48

Vammer. Hello. In the

0:50

roles of Michal and Vito

0:52

Cornelius, it is Andy

0:54

Hoover. Yes, hello. Pleasure to be

0:57

here. In the roles of David,

0:59

Kyle and occasionally Corbin Dallas, it

1:02

is Scott Aiello. It's wonderful. They're

1:04

all very different. They're all some of

1:06

them are nervous. Some of them growl

1:08

and that's it. There we go. There's

1:10

the gamut, the entire gamut of the

1:12

human spectrum is being represented today. It's

1:14

great. It's like a nature view. The

1:17

possibility of that range. Yeah. So

1:19

last we left our heroes. They were heroes. That's

1:22

right. Yeah. Some of you are. I mean,

1:24

not David, but you know the rest of you. He does

1:26

things. He has greatness to rest upon him.

1:28

Yeah. So we were

1:30

following the story of Fifth Element

1:32

pretty closely until Lilloo ended up

1:34

with Vito and David having skipped

1:37

the entire Corbin encounter and then

1:39

due to a misunderstanding in a

1:41

limousine, ended up crashing down to

1:43

the surface land, getting into

1:45

a fight with some hoodlums, drifting down a

1:48

river, meeting a river people, fighting a giant

1:50

fish, becoming the chief. You know, the chief

1:52

of that river tribe took two of their best

1:54

people to try and guide them back to the

1:56

upstairs where they need to, you know, do all

1:58

the things that actually element and

2:00

they chose the of the many options

2:02

given to them they chose the possibility

2:05

of an abandoned subway tunnel that theoretically

2:07

one of the trains goes up through

2:09

buildings to the upstairs and they could

2:11

take it deactivated but the infrastructure is

2:13

all there they went down fought some

2:15

wolves and now

2:18

Lelu and Vito and

2:20

David plus our two

2:23

feral future New Jerseyans from the

2:25

surface world are making do

2:27

make it yeah yeah yeah no he's talking about

2:29

us yeah I like

2:31

being talked about it makes me feel

2:34

important we can we can apparently hear

2:36

God I'm having a weird day our

2:40

God is Paulo Keros that's right in the

2:42

futuristic tribe we worship the god Paulo Kirra complicated

2:44

that's true that's how that works it's metafictional

2:46

you never heard of them our

2:48

heroes having found the subway train and found

2:51

the room that is presumably controlled by

2:53

which was patrolled by some

2:55

now trapped or frightened wolves

2:57

the team is yeah gonna

3:00

try and figure out how to operationalize this

3:02

machine and get themselves back into the sky

3:05

where they belong that's right it is funny

3:07

that it's like one group of wolves is

3:09

like stuck in a subway car and one

3:11

group of wolves has just been like psychically

3:14

disabled by very loud voice and it's just

3:16

like what a way to found Rome am

3:18

I right I will say that the wolves

3:21

you shouted at that are still free were

3:23

frightened off somewhat but you should certainly not

3:25

nothing about their behavior would suggest that they

3:27

are not still a presence at a danger

3:30

temporarily right electorally embarrassed wolves

3:32

or searching for another candidate

3:35

I'm the only one that's on the outside of the train right

3:38

yes everyone else is in an enclosed

3:40

train yeah Lelu had a crit success door

3:42

opening door closing role so can manipulate these

3:44

doors at will everyone else has to take

3:46

a kind of tricky strength role for they

3:49

have not figured out how to just operate

3:51

the doors normally so I have

3:53

closed the door that was open

3:55

for the wolves to go into all of the

3:57

doors on the train are now closed on the

3:59

exterior Every exterior

4:01

door and one interior door

4:04

are closed. Right. And

4:06

we were treated back at this point. I

4:08

just basically say, Lalo, Lalo, and we tap

4:11

on the exterior door. Can you open this

4:13

one, please? Okay, great. Then I'm going

4:15

to put myself between the other wolves that are on the

4:17

platform and the people in the car, and I'm going to open

4:19

one of the doors and let them out. So

4:23

yeah, you guys are in this dark, abandoned subway

4:25

tunnel. You guys didn't turn the lights on as

4:27

far as I remember it. If

4:29

I may propose a course of action to see

4:32

if everybody's okay with it, a very basic one,

4:34

which is that we all just sort of quietly,

4:36

without even necessarily stealthing, but well aware of the

4:38

wolves on the platform, move along

4:40

the platform to the control panel,

4:43

the control room, reassess, and then

4:45

I can sneak onto the front

4:47

of the train and close the interior front door

4:49

to seal the front of the train from the

4:51

wolves. Yeah, whatever. It's also a subway, so we

4:53

can always use the back of the train to

4:56

get there. We just have to make it back

4:58

to it. That's true, right. But I think we

5:00

just get to the control room for now. Control

5:03

room, let's go. Or we ride on the

5:05

very front of the train. Or

5:07

we ride on the top, because we can just climb on top

5:09

of the goddamn train. It's true. And hope

5:11

that the clearance is high enough. There are

5:13

no laws down here. Yeah, you can do the

5:15

end of speed. So

5:17

you guys head towards the

5:20

control room and you now

5:22

have full access of it

5:25

covered in wolf shit. So

5:27

it's like a New York City subway system,

5:29

basically. Yeah, yeah, yeah. But wolf shit instead

5:31

of rat shit. Wolf shit everywhere. And you

5:34

have to walk past two of those sentinel

5:36

robots that are guarding the doorway but appear

5:38

to be off. I would like to tip

5:40

them both over as we go by them so that they

5:42

can't wheel around at us. Okay,

5:44

give me a strength roll to tip over

5:47

those robots. I brandished my spear. Me

5:49

too. Except to blunt that,

5:51

Nand, you don't use the metal. No, I

5:53

don't. Yes, I get my strength by four.

5:56

Yeah, you tip them both over and they

5:58

make a tremendous clank which echoes. down

6:00

the platform but neither of them seems to activate

6:02

based on that. By the be, you'll be on

6:04

lookout for the wolves. We're all gonna go in

6:06

here and try and figure out how to make

6:08

this car work. Alright well if the wolves approach

6:10

I'll be sure to make sure everyone knows about

6:13

it but beyond that I don't suppose there's any

6:15

additional spears or I mean they seem

6:18

pretty chastened by the whole experience. As

6:20

indeed who would be? Hey let us

6:22

know me and Mickey will come out

6:24

and take care of it. Oh yes

6:26

yes well I'll let you know. Alright

6:29

yes so I will post up as

6:31

they say right here. Post them alone

6:33

they call them. That's right. Classical music.

6:35

You're in a room filled wall to

6:38

wall with large old looking computer terminals.

6:40

This was the operation center for the

6:42

entire station. This was the command and

6:44

control for train operations and it still

6:47

apparently has power. The computers are still

6:49

on and working but it's a big

6:51

complicated room with a lot of very

6:53

old machinery. So David I'm gonna make

6:55

you take a computer operations of minus

6:57

four to figure out this room. So

6:59

if I take time how much time

7:01

do I need to take? This is

7:03

a task that we're gonna assume would

7:05

you know honestly take about 10 minutes.

7:07

So if you want to get a plus one

7:10

for time taken I'll let you double that time.

7:12

Chances that the wolves might come back though. Yeah

7:14

I don't think chances that the

7:16

wolves come back increase the more time you

7:18

take. Before I go Kyle would

7:20

like to check to make sure that to see

7:22

if the door to the control room is operable

7:25

and can close if I need to close that

7:27

door. No the doors to the control room are

7:29

fully off the hinges one of them is lying

7:31

on the ground outside of the room the other

7:33

one is missing who knows where it is. There's

7:35

a sign that says no wolves allowed but it

7:37

doesn't seem to do much good. Yeah it can't

7:39

read so. David's gonna take

7:41

a crack. Let's see here it is

7:43

computer operation. I remember when he coded

7:46

Frogger on the church computer. Computer

7:48

operation 12. All right. I

7:50

mean this is an eight you guys not a good role.

7:52

I might want to take some time but if I do

7:54

we run into trouble of wolves coming out. Well I can

7:56

post up by the front door too and if I see

7:58

them I can just. Warning scream. Yeah

8:01

can be kale assist at all. I'm gonna

8:03

take 10 minute I will allow Mikhail to

8:05

take a train's role for the skill he

8:07

got for his crit success last time and

8:10

a success on that will give David

8:12

a plus one. All right. Yeah, just try and point

8:14

him in the right direction. Yeah. Oh No,

8:17

that is a failure by a loss almost a

8:20

crit. I'm gonna take 10 minutes and study this

8:22

computer 10 minutes is flat Ten minutes is as

8:24

long as it takes so you're gonna take 20 minutes. Oh

8:26

double it for plus 140 minutes for

8:29

plus two Wow 20 minutes. I

8:31

think the 20 minutes might be worth it if we

8:33

have yeah, let's do that. I'm gonna I'm gonna do

8:35

it I'm going to Hey

8:38

Mickey, yeah, ground Geneva. See if you can find

8:40

a weapon for Leeloo just in case I don't

8:42

know if she's like a living weapon man, but

8:44

alright and also I'm sorry David that I thought

8:46

I knew about training Directed yeah, make it over

8:48

to that beautiful. Everything you do is wonderful. Sometimes

8:50

it doesn't feel that way though It doesn't feel

8:52

that way all the time. Alright, we'll see here.

8:54

Yeah, my scrounging failed. I'm a failure I'm a big

8:57

fat failure. I'm gonna I'm gonna You

8:59

know how to scrounge maybe look around for a weapon. I

9:02

know I know no scrounging. Okay. I learn

9:04

Yeah, you're gonna learn some scrounging. I'm gonna learn

9:06

scrounging. Yeah, okay. Give me a Perception

9:09

it's based off perception. It's option. Okay,

9:11

that's no problem because my perception is stupid

9:14

high Yes. Oh, wow.

9:16

I almost got a crit success. So that

9:18

okay, you know, I have got it. Actually

9:20

it is a crit success Oh, okay. I

9:22

got it by 10. Well, that was to

9:24

get scrounging. So I'll give you An

9:27

additional point of scrounging for your crit success acquiring

9:29

of scrounging. So you have a scrounging you have

9:31

scrounging at a 16 enjoy If

9:35

there's any kind of thing you can use for

9:37

a weapon see if there's any mystical stones lying

9:40

around There's a ring that kind of has some

9:42

weird elvish writing on it. Don't pick it up.

9:44

Do yourself a huge There's a day of

9:46

sex mocking the line or it is.

9:48

Yeah, so I get my scrounging by because

9:50

it's a 16 another 10

9:53

so So

9:55

that's a crit success for a

9:57

bite you roll the six. Yeah my god She

10:00

finds a loaded bazooka. Yeah,

10:03

I mean, in this setting that's not a- There's a

10:05

wolf, there's a sword that says wolf killer. I

10:08

find a hot air balloon kit. You find,

10:10

like, the relatable wolf who can be turned. Yeah.

10:13

The relatable wolf. It's the politically disaffected wolf

10:15

in the corner. It's like, you're with us

10:17

now. You have a sword that's been formed

10:19

out of hardened wolf feces. Yeah, there's a

10:22

lot of good stuff. Could be that. Could

10:24

be like the guy who worked at the

10:26

station was just, like, weirdly into crossbows. Like,

10:28

you don't know. What you find is-

10:32

and for the crit success, Lelu, you're

10:34

able to, with help maybe from Vito,

10:36

figure out what this is, is

10:38

a remote control that controls the Sentinel robot.

10:41

Oh, that's quite a find, yes. It

10:43

looks like you're the Supreme Being, not just

10:45

of us fleshy creatures, but those of steel

10:47

and nut as well. Yeah. That's

10:52

a remote control for the robot. Oh,

10:54

oh. I'm saying it's exciting. It's

10:56

good. What is remote control? Well, it allows you

10:58

to control our mechanical brethren. Like, if I may,

11:00

if you press this button here, you should be

11:02

able to activate that robot there, and then you

11:05

can move it around with that little joystick

11:07

thing in the center there, I believe. I

11:09

go back over and I tip one of the robots

11:12

up. Yeah, and it's a little bit more complex than

11:14

that, so you guys are going to need to give

11:16

me IQ rolls to operate it. Give me an IQ

11:18

to get anything done, and then if anyone succeeds by

11:20

four, you figure out the control, and then you won't

11:22

have to roll IQ. If I may, Supreme Being, let

11:25

me take a look at this here. You just succeeded by four. Oh,

11:27

well, all right. You've got to figure it out.

11:29

Okay, never mind then. I succeeded by... But I

11:31

give it to Vito first, just so that he can

11:33

take a look at it. Oh,

11:36

that's very sweet of you, yes. But now I feel condescended,

11:38

too, so I get to look back. Yes,

11:40

it all seems in order, yes. Batter double

11:43

A's and all that, yes, of course. This

11:45

control for your success by four, you can

11:47

manually control and direct the robots, or

11:49

you can set them on automated mode, and

11:51

they have several different modes that they can

11:53

run on. They can run as assistants. They

11:55

can run on patrol. They can run security.

11:57

They can run attacks. See

12:00

if there's a party mode put him in

12:02

party mode put him on party mode. I'm gonna I'm

12:04

gonna set them on security I'm gonna flip them back

12:07

up and set them on security at the front of

12:09

the door so that the wolves are we have them

12:11

Between us and the wolves they start to do little

12:13

crossing patterns going up and down the platform fucking van

12:17

If they look at me though Mickey like if they

12:20

see me are they gonna recognize that I'm with you

12:22

that I roll with you Or are they gonna think

12:24

I'm a bad guy? Oh, I don't know So Lulu

12:26

presumably for your good role you set them to patrol

12:28

a specific area You guys are not in that

12:30

area in that area, so you're okay But if

12:32

you try and cross into their area, then you

12:34

know don't do that without having the remote control

12:36

Well, I said answer that I'm gonna I'm gonna

12:39

stay away from that area. Is it been 20

12:41

minutes? Did you roll on my a computer operation

12:43

gives a roll? All right. I'm rolling out of

12:45

nine Here we go. You

12:47

got this. Come on the nerd got it

12:50

by three. Yeah, I knew it. Yeah, I'll

12:52

do it David's like oh, thank you guys

12:54

so much for giving me the time so

12:56

here we go and boom I

12:59

got it Yeah, David takes 20 minutes He

13:01

kind of goes computer by computer trying to

13:03

figure out the ones that he actually cares

13:06

about part way through that process You guys

13:08

hear the sound of a wolf being tasered

13:10

down the platform. Yeah Take

13:13

that idiot and you guys hear

13:16

the hum of the train coming

13:18

to life But can I

13:20

control the door problem? The doors

13:22

can be controlled from within the train. They

13:24

can't be controlled from here Great,

13:26

you still need to drive the train that

13:28

happens from inside the train But you have

13:30

both set power to the system and switch the

13:33

line so that it's going the way you you

13:35

want it to This is great. What was the

13:37

problem? Does it say there was a problem? Yeah?

13:39

No you didn't know no I mean, you certainly

13:41

aren't thinking it. No. No, it totally not. It's

13:43

everything's fine What? Did

13:46

the most Later the most

13:48

satisfying narratives are one with the heroes get to

13:50

where they're going without any trouble whatsoever. So yeah,

13:52

I Think

13:55

that's I think that's Joseph Campbell. Yeah, are

13:57

we getting on the train to go then we need to get

13:59

the back? half of the train are we taking four

14:01

wolves with us well we need to drive the train

14:06

from the front of the train so we need

14:08

to get into the cabin which is the problem

14:10

hmm well it's not a problem we

14:12

have to close the fucking door off but

14:14

no the cabin doesn't have any wolves or

14:16

it the cabin is a separate door which

14:18

I'm sure we didn't open you know I

14:21

mean like there's a cabin the cabin has

14:23

a separate door into the first subway car

14:25

it does not have a door to the

14:27

exterior oh yeah you

14:29

go in well all we got to do

14:31

is we're gonna send in the robot and

14:33

we're gonna have the robots go in the

14:36

front cabin and stand at the door to

14:38

the next train and they'll be you taser

14:40

any wolf that comes in where are

14:42

the wolves we look in the train where are

14:44

the wolves where are the wolves are where you

14:46

are you look in the train in the world

14:48

to open the door so here's what I suggest

14:50

okay other like why don't we have the the

14:53

patrol robots were a little further down and then

14:55

we all need to like walk along maybe except

14:57

for one of us like you because you get

14:59

free on doors okay and let's distract the wolves

15:02

let's pull them away from the front room and

15:04

if we are able to get them over there

15:06

then you just go in there and close the

15:08

door so that the front car has got no

15:10

wolves in it okay one of you give

15:12

me an animal handling role to do that

15:14

you guys have animal handling oshi which I'll

15:16

let you do a default that at a

15:19

minus two to give you wolf handling role

15:21

all right I'll give it a shot I

15:23

don't really away the wolves you

15:25

know all right shit

15:27

no man I don't I don't know what's

15:29

wrong I got it I got it I

15:32

got it on the dot on the dot

15:34

yeah so you're successfully able to you know

15:36

lure the wolves away to give Lulu a

15:38

little space and Lulu you're gonna open open

15:40

one of the doors in the front cabin and then I'm

15:42

gonna close the door between the two trains so that the

15:45

front cabin is the front train car is sealed

15:47

off the front train car is now yours oh

15:49

yeah great great update the map and it's Mickey

15:51

time to shine Mickey oh my car always wanted

15:53

to drive one of these damn things give us

15:56

a train roll I don't know I mean now

15:58

that I'm here at this time it's It's a

16:00

little different from what you've seen and you've never

16:02

really Manually operated those things you

16:04

just kind of have figured out how they work,

16:07

you know in a very academic sense So

16:09

give us a role to try and run this train.

16:11

Oh We all get

16:13

on the train Lulu shuts the door so that just

16:15

in case nothing can get on also if we're gonna

16:17

take off Right before we do I want to direct

16:20

the robots to get on. Yeah, you bring the robots

16:22

with you. Yeah, do it Yeah, good idea. I'm still

16:24

having them in security mode for right now Turn them

16:26

off because we we don't know what I think I

16:28

think I'm just gonna drive them onto the train

16:30

and then just have Them like power down where

16:32

they are chill mode. You turn them off and

16:34

they are there the little lights go off Yeah,

16:38

they're kind of looking things now that you see them

16:40

up close, you know, it's funny though I got to

16:42

say I turned to veto It's like veto I've got

16:44

to say that this must have been like what you

16:46

guys felt like when when me and KK here joined

16:48

the join The party cuz like it's nice to have

16:50

the extra help but like I don't know these people,

16:52

you know Like I get it now I empathize with

16:54

you know, we're still running along so, you know, whatever

16:57

you can that being said You're not getting rid of

16:59

us V. You know Yes,

17:02

yes, yes, I understand I look we're

17:04

all at one underneath the ages of

17:07

the supreme being I don't know what

17:09

ages means but let me tell you something. I love you. I come

17:11

up when I rub his head and I Give

17:19

you each half points to save me from

17:21

drowning. So I'll tolerate the loss but I

17:24

think this is uncomfortable for me So then

17:26

I turned and I grabbed Mickey said I

17:28

said Mickey. Okay, remember the big game? Yeah,

17:30

I was TD you were my defensive end

17:32

Remember that one time that Vinnie Pascual got

17:34

thrown he sacked me because you weren't able

17:36

to defend them Well, you know, I was

17:38

distracted by the cheerleaders You

17:41

were the touchdown Alright,

17:48

so here's the thing this is a shot

17:50

Mickey this is my shot. This is bigger

17:52

than that This is your moment to make

17:54

up for all of that. Remember Ginny Vekatori

17:56

wouldn't date you afterwards. You remember that date

17:58

set up What was the

18:00

reason a bully wasn't the entire side of the

18:03

line collapsed? Listen, you pulled this off, Mickey

18:05

you pulled this off, I will make sure that

18:07

Gina's sister, who is even better looking, that she

18:09

goes on a date with you when you

18:11

get back. I don't need this kind of pressure!

18:15

Alright, you know what, you're right, I'm gonna back off. I put

18:17

too much pressure on you, I've always known that, and I'm sorry.

18:19

No, no, no, it's not too much pressure, it's just different. Look,

18:21

let me just see if I can write this. I just, I

18:23

don't normally drive trains without my little hat. Somebody

18:25

give this guy a hat. I'm gonna crouch for a hat. Yeah.

18:27

Yeah, no, just like a little engineer hat. What is this, time

18:29

bandits? You can find like a little engineer hat, you

18:31

know, it's like Stripes got the bill. Yes, I get it

18:33

by six. There are any hats? Still

18:36

a baseball cap? You find an

18:38

ancient, you know, a hundred year old

18:41

baseball cap smushed into the dirty ground.

18:43

Wow. I pick it up and I

18:45

dust it off. I hold it out to him, Michael. Yeah, alright.

18:47

I bat it against my legs so that some of the dirt

18:49

and slime falls off. Holy shit. Hey,

18:52

like a torrent of dust just blows out

18:54

from it. I see. Well, let's see.

18:56

What is this lucky hat? This hat

18:58

seems pretty lucky. It lasted this long

19:00

and so are we gonna. Yeah, you

19:02

notice that it's ancient baseball logo is

19:05

an M, which McCall doesn't know what that means.

19:07

For the McCall. The New York New York

19:09

McCall. Alright, here we go. It's fucking got

19:12

a goddamn Mets hat on. God damn it.

19:14

That's alright. I don't know. It's just a

19:16

rumor. Allegedly. Oh my god, this

19:18

is not a good roll to start with. No.

19:21

I mean, no. But you gave me a trains of

19:23

10. That was, I rolled

19:26

a 14. Unfortunately, that's what I did.

19:28

I'm just not rolling well today. Yeah.

19:31

We do like a hard reverse. No,

19:33

don't give him ideas. The train jerks

19:35

and then it starts to go really fast. You

19:37

guys are rolling down the line. This is a

19:40

roll. David's gonna roll computer operation

19:42

on this train and try and figure it

19:44

out. Train fun. Yeah, they are fun. And

19:46

they're also operating exactly as I'm intending. Just

19:48

let me see if I can find a

19:50

way. David also is driver

19:52

air car. I'm gonna take computer operation at a

19:54

12. What am

19:56

I rolling to try and figure this out? It's not really

19:59

a computer operation default. And it's not really very

20:01

similar to a car. Uh,

20:03

yeah, I mean I will let you, um, give

20:05

me an IQ minus four to try and drive

20:07

this thing at default. Alright, here we go, IQ

20:10

minus four. Nah, nah,

20:12

fail. That's a fail. Yeah, you guys are

20:14

barreling down this path. There's detritus on the

20:16

tracks that you guys are just crashing into

20:18

and pushing out of the way. Mickey, what

20:20

did you do? And this is all normal!

20:22

It's a train, it gets you from point

20:24

A to point B, we're just getting to

20:26

point B a little faster than I'd like,

20:28

that's alright. The train suddenly goes up a

20:31

ramp and starts to go vertical. That's fine,

20:33

that's normal. And, uh, you guys take it

20:35

at speed and are each launched up into

20:37

the ceiling of the train. Everyone,

20:39

give me a dex minus four

20:41

to nimbly maneuver through that.

20:44

Nimbly, yeah. Can I go acrobatics? Dex minus four. Oh,

20:46

the other thing. Oh my god. Mikhail

20:48

with his crazy dex gets it on the

20:50

button. You're not gonna believe it. David makes

20:53

it. Nice. Really? Fucking Spider-Man

20:55

over there. Fucking David makes it,

20:57

and then, uh, Kyle makes it

20:59

as well! Ah! I

21:02

get it by two. That's what I've done. Uh,

21:04

Vito, uh, wait, what was

21:06

the roll exactly? Dex minus four. Yeah. Vito

21:08

fails by one. Can I, since

21:10

I got it by two, can I attempt to

21:12

like stop him from crashing into anything too hard? No,

21:15

not for success by two, no. Okay. Who

21:18

failed? Just Vito? Vito was the

21:20

only person who failed? Oh, poor Vito. The only person

21:22

who failed. Wow. Uh, Vito, take.

21:25

Vito goes crashing into the ceiling, caroms

21:27

off of it, crashes into one of

21:29

the seats, and as you guys go

21:32

fully vertical, it takes the full drop

21:34

to the end of the car. Oh.

21:36

And you, Vito, are, uh, took six

21:39

damage. Oh god. Oh. I

21:41

would like to use my acrobatics to swing from

21:44

pole to pole. This is the kind of sub

21:46

where he has poles, right? Yeah. And

21:48

get down to Vito and do first aid on him. Oh. Okay,

21:51

yeah. Give me an acrobatics. Okay. Yes,

21:54

I get that. And then give me a first

21:56

aid roll. Uh, yes, I get

21:58

that by three. Okay, cool. Get one

22:01

HP back. Veto. I don't

22:03

think this helped my back, Supreme Being. I'm

22:05

afraid. You be quiet. Quiet

22:07

and rest. Oh, that sounds

22:09

lovely. I will do that. Let me know when my

22:11

feet are with me. You're beautiful. You're beautiful. Shh. Meanwhile,

22:15

Kyle and Mickey have their arms up in

22:17

the air. We're going, Yay! I

22:21

told you, bro. I told you. This is a

22:23

normal train. This is awesome. This

22:26

is awesome. So, Mikkel,

22:28

how much did you succeed

22:30

your dex buy? Comfortably. Wait,

22:32

it was minus four? Yeah. I

22:35

think I got it by one, if I remember right. Okay.

22:37

I have good dex in it. Pretty good

22:40

roll. You were able to nimbly land on

22:42

one of the seats just a little bit

22:44

down, but now the driver's control is above

22:46

you. Like, you're not at the controls anymore.

22:49

You didn't go long. Well, I'd

22:51

like to make a cut. How do I get back up to the controls? You can give me a

22:53

climbing roll. Yeah, all right. I don't know if

22:55

I have that. I mean, I'm a scout of the

22:57

Earth. Oh, I do have climbing. I do

22:59

have climbing. Oh, my God. And I just rolled. I dropped

23:01

on my die. So right now we're working on a one

23:03

and a one. This is very exciting. Ooh, very exciting. But

23:06

we did not get the quick success. I succeed by nine.

23:10

No, wait. I'm sorry. You're able to just scrabble

23:12

your way back up and get

23:15

yourself hanging on, just breaking it.

23:18

Mickey, Mickey, Mickey, Mickey, Mickey. It's happened at

23:20

its own door, so you're kind of like

23:22

straddling the door, reaching up above you to

23:24

grab the controls. All right. See, no, we're

23:27

right back on track here. I just need

23:29

to find the right. Right in Mickey boy.

23:31

Right. I'll be riding the tracks. So what?

23:33

Mickey, do it. What's the buttons for getting

23:35

back to the tracks? Hey, you're in charge.

23:37

We are on the track. You guys are

23:39

on the track. I thought we were just

23:41

in the vertical. It's the vertical portion. You're

23:43

in the vertical portion and you did not

23:45

put the train into vertical mode. So you

23:47

guys just wrote. Where's the

23:49

vertical mode? You don't know. You

23:52

don't know. I'm hitting that button. What do I have to

23:54

roll? Train again. Give me a train operation

23:56

roll to figure that out. Okay.

23:59

Looking good. far success on

24:01

the button yeah yeah yeah the vertical

24:03

railroad has this exact thing everything on

24:06

its swivels to be able to accommodate

24:08

passengers smoothly the trains that you're used

24:10

to don't carry passengers but you've seen

24:12

how they swivel smoothly to stay in

24:14

an orientation that the cargo doesn't fall

24:17

out goes and fucking legend Mickey thank

24:19

you fucking legend and you do that

24:21

and suddenly all of the seats and

24:24

the orientation of the cabin swivels

24:26

smoothly into place so that it

24:29

is now a vertical car you

24:31

think that would be the default well you know

24:33

don't fail you're driving by for well don't talk

24:35

to me I hate

24:38

hearing God's voice in my head yeah no

24:40

I mean well I feel more like you

24:42

know only slightly chagrined I

24:44

don't know how bad that old guys hurt back hey you

24:46

do a

24:49

great our God Paulo Keros is normally

24:52

a benevolent guy listen just maybe just

24:54

be glad you don't worship the god

24:56

John Miller you'd really be screwed that

25:01

dark tribe that lives in sea caucus that

25:03

worship the god John yeah let me tell

25:05

you something about them assholes every

25:08

fucking one of them I'd like to know

25:10

they came in the annulus if I know

25:12

in a pitch battle between our God and

25:14

their God our God wins it's a nice

25:16

faith once you get to know it I

25:19

got I think you guys are

25:21

speeding up the inside of who knows

25:23

what this tunnel seems to go up

25:25

and up and up good you guys

25:27

that's what we're going the up fight

25:29

fast there has been plenty of detritus

25:32

on the tracks that you guys just have

25:34

just kind of barreled through once

25:36

you get to the vertical section there doesn't seem

25:38

to be any detritus thanks Newton for a little

25:40

while and then ahead of you you see what

25:42

appears to be just wall it's

25:44

just it's just closed off what are you

25:46

doing driver what are you doing mccall break

25:48

I'm gonna go ahead and break and we'll

25:50

sort this out okay give me a give

25:53

me a train driving roll to try and

25:55

break in time why did they let

25:57

me do this if this was gonna be taking the time

25:59

how much time can you to figure this out. It takes

26:01

some time. No, no, this is the opposite of taking time.

26:03

I'm doing this now. You're trying to break as fast as

26:05

possible though. Okay, got it. Got it. Got your time. Okay,

26:08

alright, alright. That's a success on the

26:11

button again. Mickey! Mickey, yes. Alright,

26:13

I got it. We'll sing. Okay. I get

26:16

it on the dot. I just start

26:18

going. We're going off the rails on

26:20

a crazy train. No, V, no. Train

26:23

station, Alexa. Change station. Alright.

26:26

And you guys, the train slows very

26:28

quickly and you guys are launched upwards

26:30

a bit as the train

26:32

comes to a sudden halt and

26:34

just taps up against this wall

26:37

that seems to be put into place. I

26:39

mean, this is an abandoned rail line,

26:41

so presumably at some point it's been

26:43

built over and that is what you

26:45

guys encountered. So, can we walk

26:48

off this train or do we have to climb

26:50

off this train? It is vertical. Wait

26:52

a minute. How the fuck did the people get off the

26:54

train when they came into the station? Is

26:56

there a ladder or what's on the outside? No, this is

26:58

like in the middle. No, this is an abandoned train

27:00

line. What you ran into

27:02

was where they built over the

27:05

train line because it was abandoned

27:07

long ago. I would like to roll perception

27:09

to see if there's any obvious outlets that

27:11

they built in as they built over it. I'm rolling perception too.

27:13

Yeah, give me a perception roll. Yeah, how did the wall builders get

27:15

out of here? Oh, geez. I

27:19

failed my perception. So, you guys are, you're

27:21

hanging in a vertical train. Let's use this

27:23

opportunity to check in on Corbin Dallas. Oh,

27:26

yeah. Corbin, it's

27:28

only been a few minutes since General

27:30

Monroe came to visit you and

27:32

you made him bribe you into taking this mission. I'm

27:34

going to be right. I'm going to be

27:36

right. He gave you... We call that Bruce Willis money. There's

27:39

going to be Bruce Willis money as well. He

27:41

gave you four hours to get your affairs

27:44

in order and then report to Unsellmo Base.

27:46

But just a couple of minutes later as

27:48

you're collecting your thoughts, you

27:50

suddenly hear an alarm over the PA system and

27:52

an amplified voice saying, this is a police

27:55

control. This is not an exercise.

27:58

This is a police... Police

28:00

Control, this is not an exercise. Can

28:02

you please spread your legs and place

28:04

your hands on the yellow circles? I'd

28:07

comply. I spread my legs and place my

28:09

hands in the yellow circles. Unless I have

28:11

something in here that hides me from these

28:13

things. Do I have anything like that in

28:15

my tech? Well, you don't

28:17

have any tech that's going to hide you. But

28:20

if you want to give me a quick IQ

28:22

role to try and think of hiding spots in

28:24

the apartment. Quick, what the heck is a police

28:26

control and what are these yellow circles? I mean,

28:28

I've seen the movie but the audience, what

28:30

yellow circles are we talking about? Yeah, there's

28:32

yellow circles on the wall and this is

28:34

a standard thing if there is any police

28:36

action. They will ask everyone to do this.

28:38

Honestly, in rich areas you wouldn't have these.

28:40

Police control is very different if you're upper

28:43

class. But here, basic procedure is you put

28:45

your legs apart and your hands on these

28:47

yellow circles and that puts you in scanning

28:49

range so the police can see you. They

28:51

can see where all your limbs are. Everyone

28:53

up against the wall. No riots, no problems.

28:55

If you don't give us problems, we won't

28:57

shoot you. It's the idea. Whether or not

28:59

that's always true is a different question. Jesus. Well,

29:02

I made my... You should have been called the

29:04

Fifth Amendment. I don't live in

29:06

a great part of town. This is something that happened.

29:08

Definitely not. I really have no reason not to comply.

29:10

But just for the hell of it, I just rolled

29:12

if I needed to hide where I would go and

29:14

I made it by two. Yeah. So

29:16

the first thing you think of is in

29:18

the fridge, it's shielded from scan theoretically. That's

29:20

my good news. You could also jump into

29:23

the shower and go up, put you out

29:25

of range, hide in the bed like as

29:27

you tuck it in, although it'd be hard

29:29

to tuck it with you inside of

29:31

it. So three possibilities just off the

29:33

top of your dome of places that

29:35

one could hide in this apartment. Whether

29:37

or not you want to take that

29:40

risk is another question. Would that be a

29:42

Dex role, making the bed while you're in it? I'm

29:44

going to play the character

29:46

because, you know, Scott's

29:49

meta-ing right now and Scott's trying to get

29:51

in Paulo's head and thinking to himself, this

29:53

has got to be some kind of challenge.

29:56

Something's going on here. But no, Corbin has

29:58

no reason to hide. He also is the

30:00

most... important human in the fucking planet right

30:02

now according to the military who are my

30:04

buds so I get on my communicator real

30:06

I put my hands on the yellow circles

30:08

and I mean and I send a message

30:11

to the general just because I'm having a

30:13

little weird feeling and I made my intelligence

30:15

roll in the back of my head and

30:17

I tend to trust my instincts I get

30:19

on the blower to the general I send

30:21

him a quick message saying there's a police

30:24

control happening in my building right now I

30:26

don't know what it's about but just

30:28

if you can pull any strings to make sure that I

30:30

if I vanish you know why and number two

30:33

make sure that if they are coming for me that

30:35

I get out of this basically is what I said

30:37

yeah I'll allow that you can get all that off

30:39

they take a minute as they're going up and down

30:41

the corridor and checking doors and

30:44

give me a perception roll real quick

30:46

great that is a success 9 10

30:49

by 2 so you can hear outside your

30:51

door you hear them kind of going back

30:53

door to door you're already in position you've

30:55

sent your message you've got your hands on

30:57

the yellow circles and you hear them stop

31:00

as they come to your door and you

31:02

hear someone say this is him sir Corbin

31:04

Dallas it says right on the door and

31:06

I will point out here a small piece

31:08

that I noticed on the rewatch so the

31:11

reason in the movie that they don't get

31:13

him is that Leeloo takes his card from

31:15

his door and puts it on the next

31:17

door over for as far as I can

31:19

tell no reason I have no idea why

31:22

she does that I know but

31:24

I'm very confused by

31:26

this because in the movie they're looking for Leeloo

31:28

no no what is happening in this moment

31:30

in the movie is the police has

31:32

been tipped off by the bad guys

31:34

right-hand man by Gary Oldman's

31:37

right-hand man to get Corbin Dallas out

31:39

of the way so that they can

31:41

steal his spot to floss and kurt

31:43

Boston they're searching for Corbin Dallas but

31:46

since Leeloo arrives right before them and

31:48

Leeloo for no appreciable reasons switches his

31:50

little taxicab card from his door to

31:53

the next door over they grab the

31:55

guy the next door over that is

31:57

not however happening in your universe Lulu's

32:00

not here. It's got disoriented, but then I

32:02

watched it again and I'm like, she doesn't

32:04

play it that way though. Hmm. Yeah.

32:08

Here's the thing. I also, I went back to

32:10

the original script to see if it explains it.

32:12

It doesn't really explain it, although it also doesn't

32:14

clarify what exactly happened. I feel

32:16

like that was a plot detail that got kind

32:18

of lost in the shuffle from an earlier draft

32:21

of the script. Yeah, maybe. And in the end,

32:23

they just kind of did it as a quick

32:25

cut in and explained it away as Lulu doing

32:27

it, but they never actually motivated it all. In

32:30

any case, that is canon that that's what

32:32

happens in the original universe, but in our

32:34

universe, Lulu never came here and therefore that

32:36

little taxicab card is still very much on

32:38

your door. And so you have

32:40

just, for your good perception role, you have just heard

32:42

that you are the one there. And

32:45

they know I'm in here now, right? Presumably they're

32:47

doing their little scanner and they can see you.

32:50

Okay. He does not have fast talk

32:52

on here. Should he have fast talk?

32:54

I don't think he should. How do I

32:56

play this game without fast talk? I don't

32:58

know. He's given to other characters. Interesting.

33:01

Do you want to try

33:03

default psychology? Is that where

33:05

you're going with it? How

33:08

do I play this game without being able to bullshit

33:10

my way out of tough situations? Shoot it. Fantastic.

33:13

Do you shoot it? All right.

33:15

Well, I mean... You gotta play it

33:17

the vammer way. You gotta be a wrecking ball, Scott. You

33:19

gotta be a wrecking ball. I mean, I feel like you

33:21

have a lot of great stats there. You always brag about

33:23

them. Like maybe talking fast talk is not the solution. You

33:26

come in like a wrecking ball, you'll win it. I mean,

33:28

all right. Okay, so is there a

33:30

way for me to look out of my... I was halfway

33:32

joking. Is there a way for me to

33:34

look outside of my thing? I look through

33:36

my peephole. How many guys are out there? Looking

33:38

through your peephole will require you taking your hands

33:40

off the yellow circles. You know that if you

33:42

do that while they're watching you, they will attack.

33:45

Okay. You're taking

33:47

your hands off the yellow circles and as

33:49

soon as you do that, you hear, Mr.

33:51

Corbin Dallas, hands back on the yellow circles.

33:53

This is a police control. This is not

33:55

a drill. Great. I still look through

33:57

the fucking peephole. How many of them are... I

34:01

did not roll it yet. I'm gonna do right

34:03

now. There we go. That is 8 9 10

34:05

11 that is perception by one Okay, cool in

34:07

the split second before the battering ram you see

34:09

coming at your door hits it You

34:11

spot that there are about five guys

34:13

in view of your people great I

34:15

but just then the door comes slamming

34:18

into your face door comes open and

34:20

combat reflexes combat reflexes All right, give

34:22

me a dodge it me dodge combat

34:24

reflexes plus Perry I'm

34:27

not gonna let you bury the door I'm

34:29

also fit. You guys go way back. Does that

34:31

help me dodge? Dodge on your

34:34

sheet should be the correct full number of the

34:36

dodge. No, the number there is correct. Great. I'm

34:38

dodging I'm gonna try and dodge the I do

34:40

it. That's my one Okay,

34:43

and I put my hands up and

34:46

I'm just gonna go with this I mean like

34:48

I don't know what they want So I bet

34:50

so as soon as the door comes down you

34:52

Nimble II step out of the way of it

34:54

and you see now three guys lunging in with

34:57

a bag or it's this machine that Is a

34:59

quick way of top to bottom bagging you up

35:01

and they're coming in hard with this This

35:04

is not good. I I don't know that I want

35:06

to be taken not the bad Do

35:09

they not have did they not have to

35:11

tell me what what they're resting before? This

35:13

is not how things are done as soon

35:15

as you didn't comply. There's no procedure. They're

35:17

taking you. Oh, gotcha. Gotcha Gotcha. Okay, teacher

35:19

is you're getting bagged. I don't care for

35:21

the revolution. All right, I'm gonna I'm gonna

35:23

I'm resisting arrest I'm going to I'm gonna

35:26

Perry and I'm gonna try

35:28

and I Need to know

35:30

what I'm gonna try to do is they

35:32

have their little stunning guys, right? They'll stun

35:34

batons for sure I

35:40

do this Right

35:47

to the horse doorstep crammed some family living

35:49

room in the corner Okay,

35:51

I'm gonna what the hell I never I never did

35:54

you shit like this I am a million years since

35:56

I played Iron Man. I'm going in. Yeah, I'm gonna

35:58

treat myself. Here we go Dodge and

36:00

parry I want to take one of their Stunny sticks when

36:02

I'm there coming at me. I see the days of Stunny

36:04

sticks I'm gonna try and like dodge the bag and grab

36:06

one of their Stunny sticks and just start going to town

36:10

Okay, cool some cool minority report action.

36:12

That's what I'm thinking Yeah So the

36:14

first guy right in front of you

36:16

is coming in hard with the Bagger

36:18

with two guys flanking him on either

36:20

side with their Stunny sticks forward ready

36:22

for anything great So first things first

36:24

Give me either a dodge or I

36:27

will allow a parry on the because

36:29

he's two-handed the bagger So I'll allow

36:31

you to sweep parry his hands great.

36:34

I'm gonna sweep parry. All right, it's not a great role I'm

36:36

gonna try here we go. Oh, I get it Nice.

36:39

I get it by two. Okay, so

36:41

you nibbly sweep the first guy his

36:43

bagger out of the way And

36:46

it is now your attack first guy

36:48

is off balance kind of lunging past

36:50

you the baggers a little heavy So

36:52

he's totally off balance once you took

36:54

him off of his stride He's fallen

36:56

past you to your right and now

36:58

you've got Stunny sticks forward on left

37:00

and right But it's your action I'm gonna definitely disarm

37:03

guy on the left because if the guy that guy

37:05

is going to my right I'm gonna go and try

37:07

to get the guy to my left. So what is

37:09

that guy? You decided he's fat You said it was

37:11

big I Beholder

37:15

the guy is a big guy who's probably

37:17

a bad shot The

37:21

machine he's using to bag you is big and

37:23

heavy but now got to Hannon. He's a little tubby

37:25

Nice, he didn't need you to point it out What

37:35

the hell what do I do it here so I've is

37:37

this brawling what would this be it's your option So

37:40

I'm going to try to Disarm and take

37:43

the take the study stick unless I have

37:45

I don't know my apartment like you do

37:47

because you are God Unless I

37:49

have I have access to my

37:51

one of my weapons close by

37:53

I would assume that this military

37:55

man has little caches all over

37:57

his apartment with only access to

38:00

his weapons. For sure. You want to kill

38:02

some cops? I don't want

38:04

to kill cops. I have this monomolecular

38:06

whip. What does that do? It kills.

38:09

Kill things. That's rather sad. It kills a

38:11

cop or otherwise it is a death,

38:14

a machine of death. Isn't there anything here that

38:16

is not a machine of death that

38:18

I have in my apartment? You have various weapons

38:20

that can be set to stun for sure. Great.

38:23

Do I have one that's close? Instead of disarming

38:25

I'd like to go for one of those. Give

38:27

me an IQ roll. Uh-huh. That's not my highest

38:29

step but it's certainly okay. Eleven, I miss

38:31

that for sure. Okay. You know of weapons

38:33

that have stun settings but they're all the

38:35

ones you can think of are on your

38:37

little drop down thing that takes you know

38:39

a couple turns to chug down and you've

38:41

got to hit the button. You definitely have

38:43

hidden weapons about your apartment for easy grab

38:45

reach but you can't think of any of

38:48

them that has a stun setting. Are

38:50

you still trying to disarm? The roll first that

38:52

will be a... I'll disarm that dude. Did he have

38:54

any personal skill? Can you grab the weapon out of

38:56

his hands in one turn? That is going to be

38:59

a brawling minus four. Brawling minus four. Can I

39:01

do extra effort for this or do I have

39:03

to go all out? No, but you can do

39:05

all out. All out determined will sacrifice your defense

39:07

but will give you a plus four so that

39:09

totally cancels out grab down. Great. That's what we're

39:11

going to do. Okay. So you're doing on all

39:13

out determined to disarm so

39:15

you're just grabbing the stun baton out

39:17

of the left guy's hand as he's

39:19

coming towards you. It evens out to

39:21

a brawling flat. Give me a brawling

39:23

roll. That is a huge success. Yeah.

39:25

Hell yeah. So you nimbly grab it

39:27

out of his hand but now you

39:30

are left without a defense as the guy

39:32

on the right is coming at you with

39:34

his stunning stick. Oh Lord. And we are

39:36

going to roll. Yes. Come on. 20 minutes

39:38

short fight. Come on. 20 minutes short fight.

39:40

It's like it just turns you an epic

39:42

set piece just you and this guy fighting

39:44

each other down the side

39:47

of the building. It's like two hours you and

39:49

Vam are just staring at each other. We're like

39:51

wow. Absolutely quickly. Yeah. But then it stayed there.

39:53

Just crit rolls left and right and then nobody

39:55

knows what's going on. The city gets destroyed. Because

39:59

of their fight. Yeah. Yeah, just like, you know,

40:01

who knows if you slam two stun sticks together.

40:03

What happens? Oh, okay. I mean,

40:05

don't cross the stun sticks. He looks happy. That's not good.

40:07

No, you lucked out. His beady stick is a 12 and

40:09

he rolled a 13. Yes! And,

40:12

you know, he just swipes and misses at

40:14

you as you're lucked. You know, it's all

40:16

in one action as you're grabbing one beady

40:19

stick. He's swiping at you with the other.

40:21

The big guy is tumbling past you, grab

40:23

her forward, and it is back to, ah,

40:25

no, it is actually the guy who you

40:27

just disarmed's turn and he is in surprise

40:30

but not shocked that you just disarmed him. He's gonna go

40:32

ahead and punch you in the face. You're

40:35

still without a defense and

40:37

that is a success. No! I'm

40:40

gonna take it like a champ. You take it

40:42

like a champ. That is four

40:44

damage Corbin Dallas. Jesus Christ! You're a

40:46

brawler. Who is this guy? You're

40:49

a brawler! Whatever, I can take it. Take it like

40:51

a champ. Oh, sunny stick to the guy that's got

40:53

a sunny stick. You don't have her sunny stick skill.

40:55

And you default it off of anything. Yeah, I mean,

40:57

I got every fucking... Come on now, I got every

41:00

weapon that... It's even in the

41:02

definition that I'm the master of all weapons. What

41:04

are you defaulting it off of? How about melee

41:06

weapon knife? There you go. Oh yeah,

41:08

you'll treat it like a knife all out so

41:10

that'll be a knife minus... You can't be a sunny

41:13

stick. That'll be a knife minus three. Knife minus

41:15

three. Can you drive a sunny stick through someone's

41:17

neck? I just learned how to drive sunny stick

41:19

through someone's neck. No, I'm not you, vammer. I'm not

41:21

trying to kill these people. Jesus Christ! Save

41:24

the bloodlust for your own characters. Good

41:27

lord. All right, I am going to... Sunny

41:30

stick minus three. Yeah, I'm going to

41:32

keep my defenses this time. And I'm

41:34

going to just try and... Did you

41:36

really only learn to drive stick this summer, Andy?

41:38

About a year ago. Yeah, I

41:40

just, you know, I had an automatic for many years and then

41:42

I had to donate it for tax reasons. And they sold it

41:44

to a scrapyard for $821. And

41:47

I was like, ah, shit. But then I got a

41:49

stick shit. I've still never driven a stick. I don't really

41:51

know where to start. I certainly knew. I would love to

41:53

drive a stick car. I'd be able to drive my dad's

41:55

Jaguar if I knew how to drive stick. Oh, see, John?

41:57

There you go. It's like you thought that would be... I'm

42:01

the pathetic silver medalist in this little crap. No,

42:05

man, I love it. I was acknowledging your hilarious joke about learning

42:07

to drive a Stenny's Day. I appreciate

42:09

that. I've barely learned to drive an

42:11

automatic. Well, you're driving this

42:13

show, sir. Great. And that's all. Sorry,

42:16

and I derailed us. Continue. I'm

42:18

going to try and make an attempt to stun that

42:20

guy. Okay. Minus three is going to be an 11. I'm

42:22

rolling. That is a success

42:24

on the dot. Yeah, nicely

42:26

done. You stun the guy. He goes spinning

42:28

off. The guy who was

42:30

lunging past you, it crashes on the

42:33

ground, clattering his grabber all over the

42:35

floor. And now it is back

42:37

to the guy who just punched you in the

42:39

face, who is going to try and punch you

42:42

in the face again. All right. If it ain't

42:44

broke. Clattering his

42:46

grabber. I know.

42:49

I do. Sounds like a euphemism

42:51

for really... Clattering his grabber all over the

42:53

floor. And is the grabber different than the bagger? Or

42:55

are you using the better change? Put your grabber away.

42:58

No, the grabber is the bagger. The

43:00

grabber is the bagger and it clattered

43:03

on the floor. Got it. This is

43:05

like Habarga and Agrabah. Okay,

43:07

that is a success on the punching you in the face. However,

43:09

you do have defenses this time. I'm going to learn from John

43:11

Miller. I'm going to do a retreating parry. Okay. There

43:14

we go. Oh, my God. By tons.

43:17

Almost a crit success. Yeah. Hell yeah.

43:21

And now it is your turn. By the

43:23

way, grabber. The stunned guy

43:25

is down and out. The bagger guy

43:27

you should be aware is still conscious.

43:30

And he may become a problem shortly.

43:32

But currently he is getting himself recovered

43:34

from prone. And Edie is back

43:36

to you. I say nice punch. And I just fucking go

43:38

and I try to stun the guy that tried to punch

43:40

me in the face. Okay. Stay

43:43

in the back. Bye a lot. Yeah. And

43:46

he's going to try and parry. Good night. And he

43:48

does not parry and he goes down as well. And at this point, you notice

43:50

about eight more cards. About

43:52

eight more cops that are

43:54

charging in the door. Use the bagger.

43:56

Use the bagger. This whole thing is about

43:58

a parking. I don't think the bagger is going to work. I can

44:00

bag one of them. I'm gonna just I'm

44:02

gonna kill I'm gonna stun all these motherfuckers

44:04

No, I think what I'm gonna do. Okay

44:06

now I retreat to the back and I'm

44:09

going for I'm going for a gun I'm

44:11

going okay get it. Hey, I don't know

44:13

if I'm gonna go for the monomolecular whip

44:15

I think I'm gonna go I need something

44:17

is there something that stuns a lot of

44:19

people at once that's in the apartment somewhere

44:21

Yes, it's you may need to pull it

44:23

out of your big sack, but you have

44:25

something that fits that description I want to

44:27

get to the button that starts that process

44:30

and then I'm just gonna try you get to the

44:32

button that starts that Process is gonna take a couple

44:34

turns for it to come down. The cops are coming

44:36

in slowly You just have to deal with the guy

44:39

on the floor who was once the bagger man His

44:42

name is Vance and he Goes

44:44

to grab you. Okay, be a defenster. I'm

44:46

gonna try and parry that you can't parry

44:49

a grab, but I'll let you dodge it

44:51

Okay, that is a success

44:53

on the dot. Yeah nicely done Step

44:55

out of the way and it the thing is coming down. It's

44:57

your turn if you want to do anything Is it is it

44:59

there is it is it on its way or coming down? It's

45:02

gonna take another turn for it to come down and you can

45:04

grab your weapon I'm

45:07

stunning. Okay, son the guy on the floor Now

45:11

he's fat, oh my god, I gotta buy a lot. Yeah

45:16

Right. So well, hold on he gets a

45:18

dodge bunch to for being nope. He goes

45:20

down Oh, okay, do you have a great cop?

45:24

Like to be just family This

45:29

fight goes on it's like late period Brendan

45:31

Fraser rises heavily from the floor to yell

45:33

at you like it's bigger and bigger as

45:35

it goes All

45:40

right, and you have now

45:42

cops with bd6 and cops with

45:44

guns Here's the thing

45:47

They are entering a slowly and

45:49

kind of saying information trying to

45:51

surround you you have backed up out

45:54

of their bd stick range But not

45:56

far. You could go for the

45:58

gun that is now you can see it. It's coming down

46:00

just outside of your vision and

46:03

you can probably I will definitely let

46:05

you roll for activating the stun and

46:07

shooting them all in one turn. It's

46:09

gonna be a fast

46:12

draw and then a guns action but can

46:14

you get that off before you make them

46:16

panic and shoot you? Because there are guys

46:19

with guns leveled at you. Can you pull

46:21

that off? Let's find out! Okay. Why

46:23

are you giving me a meeting? I

46:27

say okay. So it's already

46:29

too late. They're in and they're moving toward me

46:32

right? Yeah. Alright. I

46:34

think I can at least try and talk. Can I

46:36

do let's see here. Wait. What

46:38

do I got here? You can always try. I

46:40

got something here. Can I try and talk? Is there

46:42

a lawyer in that gun rack? I'm certain. Oh boy.

46:46

This is not the guy to

46:48

have to talk. No

46:50

there's really nothing. I have acting. I

46:52

have acting. I'm gonna roll acting.

46:54

See if I get it. What are you trying

46:57

to do? I'm going to try and

46:59

act afraid. Okay. Sure. Okay

47:02

here we go. I get it. I

47:04

get it by one. Are you trying

47:06

to kind of disarm them figuratively? I

47:08

say whoa whoa guys guys guys! Isn't

47:11

it common practice to tell a man why he's

47:13

gonna be arrested? What's happening? Why are you guys

47:15

in my apartment? Easy. I'm

47:18

in the military for god's sakes. You know

47:20

that right? You know that I'm a

47:22

military war hero right? They are still

47:24

spreading out around you and one of

47:26

them, the new lead guy who's coming

47:28

in with a gun level that you

47:30

come in behind all these guys says

47:33

no need to panic sir if you

47:35

get your hands back on the yellow

47:37

circles. There is no need for violence.

47:39

There is no need for violence if

47:42

you comply. Do I

47:44

know his rank by looking at him? Do

47:46

I know how you like it? Give me

47:48

a savoir faire role. I got soldier. Will

47:50

that do it? I'll take soldier. Yeah. That

47:53

is another success. I'm rolling well today. That's 11

47:55

out of 13. Yeah this guy's

47:57

a corporal. I say corporal! Corporal!

48:00

You have to understand you've backed a you have

48:02

you have backed a wolf into a corner my

48:04

friend You saw what I did to these guys.

48:06

I said I don't want any more violence, but

48:08

you got to tell me why you're here I

48:11

said before I comply. Why are you guys here?

48:13

What's going on? The corporal says what's your rank,

48:15

sir? I give him my rank. I give my

48:17

serial number. I give him all the information regarding

48:20

my military status major as well You know, we

48:22

don't always know why the mission we just know

48:24

the mission. All right, I'm going

48:26

to attempt I'm gonna roll acting one

48:29

more time. You're a major deal. I'm

48:31

a major deal I

48:33

got it. I got acting on the dot.

48:36

I am acting I'm trying what I'm trying

48:38

here Apollo is to buy myself a second

48:40

So because I'm gonna stun these guys so

48:42

I am I'm acting like I'm reserved to

48:44

there I say I said am I

48:46

say well I guess I can understand

48:48

your reasoning corporal and I basically kind of lower

48:51

my head and kind of like act like I'm

48:53

about to Turn and I'm doing a fakeout. I'm

48:55

gonna go turn toward the circles But I'm actually

48:57

gonna go and grab my Stunning guy and try

48:59

and see on them all one turn So you're

49:01

gonna do a quick contest and if you succeed

49:03

this acting role I'll give you a plus two

49:05

to that quick contest. They'll have lowered their guard

49:08

slightly. Oh, I got the acting role I already

49:10

rolled it. Oh, you got it. Okay. So yeah,

49:12

so based on that. Yeah, their laser focus on

49:14

you is lowered slightly great

49:16

so you do put yourself at a

49:18

bit of a bit of an advantage

49:20

now give me a Fast

49:23

draw and it's gonna be

49:25

at a minus two because you're not fast

49:27

drawing from your belt You're fast drawing from

49:30

a you know rack high up above you. Well,

49:32

this is for all the marbles So I'm going

49:34

all out determined for this sure

49:36

I will allow it So that's

49:38

an automatic success if I'm not mistaken because that's

49:40

a 17 is it? Yes, this is gonna be

49:43

about margin So give me a roll anyway, and

49:45

I need to know the margin. Oh by a lot. I just rolled

49:47

a 9 So that's me a success

49:49

by 8. Yep. Okay, and now

49:51

I'm gonna also need you to give

49:54

me an armory Skill to

49:56

activate the stun within one

49:58

turn while doing your fast draw.

50:00

Can I all not determine armory? No. Alright here we

50:02

go, roll an armory. Get it, get it, get it.

50:05

I got it, that is a success. My armory is

50:07

14 so don't be too

50:09

impressed. Alright now we're gonna do their

50:11

attack. They're gonna have to beat your

50:14

success by eight which is tricky. Oh

50:16

well success by six cuz but no,

50:18

they do not do it. You are

50:20

faster than them. Yeah. And a pink

50:23

haze emerges from the gun and about

50:25

the room and about 11

50:28

cops in front of you

50:30

go 99. The power, the

50:34

power of being Joss Vanner

50:37

is amazing. Alright man I'm

50:39

gonna take like I definitely

50:42

got in the hallway to make sure the coast is clear. And

50:44

you see General Monroe running back. I

50:47

came back as fast as I could.

50:49

What's the problem major? I take

50:51

him by the scruff of the neck. I walk him

50:53

into my apartment, I say oh no, no problem at

50:55

all. It was just a nice little chest that I

50:57

was having with these 14 cops.

51:00

I said get on your fucking job and find

51:02

out why these guys were here to get me.

51:04

And I said in this time I want a

51:06

military escort. Let's get this mission going. Alright

51:09

I've realized by the way that I have a

51:11

plot hole here in my in my version of

51:13

fifth element. I'm just gonna correct for the audience

51:15

because I'm sure other people have caught it. I

51:18

said that General Monroe was the guy

51:20

who went down to the surface with

51:22

you and is now in the hands

51:24

of the hoodniks on the surface world.

51:27

And General Monroe is the guy from the movie who does these

51:29

scenes and he can't really be in both places. So

51:31

I'm gonna go ahead and retcon that this

51:33

is General Monroe. Wait, wait, wait, no you

51:35

don't have to. Not a twin. This is

51:37

Peter Monroe. Yeah, there's two

51:39

General Monroe's and the guy on the

51:41

surface is a different General Monroe. This

51:43

is the General Monroe from the movie.

51:45

Ah, got it. Okay, perfect. Yeah. Also

51:48

the General Monroe is my father. You

51:50

can call me General Peter Monroe. You

51:52

can call me Specific Monroe. Peter Monroe

51:54

is fucked by the way. He is

51:56

now in a dungeon. General Monroe can

51:58

go screw. situation

52:00

happening with Peter. Peter is all

52:02

died somewhere. Even the driver?

52:04

Even the science guy? The other advisor? I

52:07

think he was in trouble because he tried

52:09

to shoot him, so that makes sense. Right.

52:11

Alright. And with that we will cut back

52:13

to our principal party. That was super fun!

52:16

Oh, thank you for that. That was really nice. I

52:18

just killed, I just took out, I didn't kill anybody and I took

52:20

out like 12 cops. Got into that, that

52:22

guy's in trouble. When all those

52:25

fails go rogue. Oh,

52:28

it's late. I've

52:31

had a long day. Audience, I'm sorry. Alright,

52:35

so you guys are on the vertical

52:37

train. Vertical as vertical could be. So

52:40

you guys are just kind of hovering

52:42

in space held only by the emergency

52:44

brake of this train, and there is

52:46

a sort of slight swing to it.

52:48

It's not really intended to stop perfectly

52:51

vertically like this. It's not fallen, but

52:53

it doesn't feel amazing. Neither

52:56

do I. I hurt my back quite badly.

52:59

Oh, Father, Father, are you okay down there?

53:02

No. Is there any way that we can

53:04

get this train horizontal and also where we

53:06

want it to go? What are the obstacles

53:08

from you people? So you're currently sitting in

53:11

a very dark tunnel, and you

53:13

are hanging totally vertically. You're still on

53:15

the tracks. You basically applied the emergency

53:17

brake and stopped right before you hit

53:19

that barrier, and the nose of the

53:21

train is just like right

53:23

up against the barrier. And

53:25

the tunnel is largely dark. The only thing illuminating

53:27

it, as far as you can tell from here,

53:30

are the lights at the front of the train,

53:32

which are casting light on a old wood slat

53:34

barrier just directly in front of you. Can I

53:36

have scrounge for a way to get light? Sure.

53:38

Give me a scrounge. That's

53:42

a crit success by 10. Okay,

53:46

so not only do you find

53:48

the obvious flashlights in the little

53:50

emergency cupboard, for your crit success,

53:53

you find... A monomolecular whip. A

53:56

corbin dallas. You find corbin dallas.

54:00

What? I'm the reason why. Get me out of this box! What the hell?

54:03

He's got, isn't it great? It's great to go

54:05

rogue. That was fun. I usually try and talk

54:07

my way out of shit. But when you have

54:09

stats like that, I was like, I also like

54:11

to talk to myself, like usually he gives like

54:13

the Grunts okay stats, but never amazing stats. I

54:15

was like, I can take these fucking guys. For

54:18

your crit success, Leeloo, you find also

54:20

a good old handy fire axe

54:23

and on what is currently a wall because

54:25

it's vertical but would normally be the floor

54:27

of the train, a compartment

54:30

that you can press open and there is

54:32

a space that would let you in the

54:34

event of a fire crawl out this way

54:36

that happens to lead to the track itself

54:39

which you can kind of use as a

54:41

ladder. So it'll make exiting the train significantly

54:43

easier. Amazing. I have,

54:45

how many flashlights are there? There are three. I

54:48

turn to them and I say, light! And I hold

54:50

up two of the other ones. Kyle takes one. Oh

54:52

hey, yeah, nice. Mikey, take a light. Well yeah, I

54:54

mean I usually do do the scouting ahead so yeah,

54:56

I should get one of those. Thank you. I

54:59

give them both lights. Thank you. Hey, Mickey,

55:01

you know what? Why don't you crawl up there and

55:03

see about that thing that's blocking the train. Why don't

55:06

you stop assuming that you're in charge? No, you're right,

55:08

that's a good idea. Alright, I'll go ahead and do

55:10

that. I am in charge. Supreme beings in charge. I'm

55:12

trying to make current life easier. Alright. I have space.

55:14

Alright, let me limit her up here. And I show

55:17

him the compartment with the way out. Oh wow, look

55:19

at that. That's a lot easier than whatever I was

55:21

going to try and do. Okay, I'm going to

55:23

go and climb this railway like a ladder. Now

55:25

remember, I know a lot about trains. This is

55:27

not normally what you do. You guys are not

55:29

going to need climbing rolls for that ladder. I

55:31

will give you climbing on the ladder for free.

55:35

But I will take climbing rolls to get

55:37

to this hole inside the train. The big

55:39

difference being that if you fail these climbing

55:41

rolls, you don't fall down the tunnel, you

55:44

just fall within the train compartment for like

55:46

one damage or something. So just everyone give

55:48

me some kind of a success or aid

55:51

someone else. Just a quick roll

55:53

around. Go ahead and give yourselves one HP

55:55

for failure. Success by

55:57

a lot. And you can aid each other as well. I

56:00

need quite a lot of aid and so

56:02

does David. So anyone who's a god or

56:04

a young man with a education. Kyle helps

56:06

David because that's my other character. All right.

56:09

Yeah. If you could help the old guy.

56:11

I get it by three, so I help Vito. Thank you. All right.

56:14

I'm going to just climb on my own. I mean

56:16

Kyle got climbing by like seven. Okay, cool. Mickey got

56:19

it by sort of an embarrassingly tight

56:21

amount, but pretty good. Cool. So

56:23

you guys all climb up to the hole and

56:25

out and climb onto these ladders and now you

56:27

can see around you. This darkened tunnel is just

56:30

mostly concrete. You're in the interior of

56:32

some big building. You're somewhere in Manhattan.

56:35

Oh sweet. This is a largely abandoned

56:37

interior. These tunnels haven't been used for

56:39

years, maybe, you know, certainly decades, maybe

56:41

a century. The inside of the tunnel

56:44

is a nest of tubes and wires

56:46

with just enough space for the train

56:48

to fit in between it. And here

56:51

you're using the track itself as a

56:53

ladder and your back is close

56:56

up against the wall and you

56:58

are able to pass the platform

57:00

that was blocking you and climb

57:02

up and there you see that

57:04

there is an opening to an

57:06

entire floor of this building. This

57:08

tunnel is just the tunnel itself where the

57:11

train would normally go through. It's been blocked

57:13

off. Whatever this train system was

57:15

abandoned, they sealed it here and blocked it

57:17

off and you can walk on that wooden

57:19

floor that's meant to block off the tunnel.

57:22

And this area has a clearly marked exit

57:24

that will presumably enter the rest of the

57:26

building and it's just an

57:28

old door, looks like it's

57:30

sealed shut, but it says exit

57:32

on it and you can see

57:35

a space under the door where

57:37

a bluish purplish glow is emerging

57:39

from within. Huh. That means

57:41

light! Yeah, I shine the light over there.

57:43

Hey Supreme Being, I said boss, we

57:46

go through that door? What do you think? Yeah. Alright,

57:49

you want me to go first? Who's going first? I

57:51

go ram it. No, okay. I go shoulder

57:53

down and go through it. Alright, I'm gonna turn away. Okay. Uh,

57:57

I get that. Bye. I

57:59

get that by five. Okay, that is good

58:01

enough. You needed a success by four and

58:03

you Clatter through this

58:05

door and it crashes down with

58:07

an enormous thunk and a loud

58:10

echoing thud Roars out

58:12

you imagine that they could hear it if there's

58:14

anyone around here. They could hear it for miles

58:17

but around you you just see the

58:20

interior of a Labyrinth

58:23

in room covered in what

58:25

looked like mushrooms and

58:27

you just hear the song echoing

58:30

from some distance star

58:33

shining bright above you

58:36

Night breezes seem to whisper

58:40

And we're an American horse. Yeah. Hey, I don't

58:42

uh, excuse me question from the downstairs guy But

58:44

like is this you what's going on? Is this

58:46

shit normal up here? Like what the fuck is

58:48

this making you got made it means all the

58:50

only one would know would be veto Hey veto,

58:53

what's going on over here? Where the hell are we? Well,

58:56

I believe we are in some sort

58:58

of labyrinthine Labyrinth full

59:00

of mushrooms and music. I I'm not

59:02

really I hurt my back. Let me

59:04

roll Let me roll. I don't know

59:06

IQ here. I am quite smart Although I'm

59:09

questioning that these days that is a success

59:11

on my IQ by three What do I

59:13

know about these mushrooms and this light for

59:15

an IQ by three? You think you've heard

59:17

this song before it's a jazz standard from

59:19

the 20th century. This is classical Ancient

59:22

music from a jazz standard from a

59:24

bygone century. It's pretty. Yes. It's lovely

59:27

I would like to poke a mushroom.

59:29

Oh, she's gonna poke the mushrooms Okay,

59:31

I turn away you poke a mushroom

59:34

and it jiggles and vibrates in a

59:36

small cloud of spores That's

59:40

not good. I'm sure that's not gonna have any effects at all Rural

59:44

singing I got my singing. I got a

59:46

critical success on my And

59:49

I would like to sing the song along

59:52

with the I mean I'm coming from a

59:54

culture of singers So I'd like to sing

59:56

along with the sale. Yeah, Fritz success singing.

59:58

Okay, we are now going to

1:00:00

use a mechanic that we have not

1:00:02

introduced to this point. Corbin Dallas. So

1:00:07

the Corbin fact that he just shows up. He's

1:00:10

singing himself. Lulu

1:00:13

please roll will to avoid falling in

1:00:16

love with. Oh my god. Oh

1:00:18

my god. I just did that like without you even

1:00:20

saying it because I was like oh he's singing and like

1:00:22

they come to this culture. So I literally rolled it and

1:00:24

I was about to tell you this. Critical

1:00:27

fail. Holy shit. This is theologically upsetting.

1:00:29

I don't like where this is going.

1:00:32

I was like I was about to be like I'm going to drop a

1:00:34

bomb you guys. When you weren't looking I rolled this because

1:00:36

I was like he's singing and singing is a big part of the

1:00:38

culture and I was like maybe this is where Lulu falls in love

1:00:41

and that's what happened. Just really

1:00:43

quick while you guys are doing this more

1:00:45

important stuff. Keto is ripping off a piece

1:00:47

of his clothes because he saw those spores

1:00:50

and he wants no part of that. He's

1:00:52

grabbing a bandana. He's making David do it.

1:00:54

Kyle's completely he has no idea. He's just

1:00:56

hanging out in the glow. He's

1:00:58

probably shirtless at this point. He's

1:01:01

just going whisper I love you

1:01:03

singing in beautiful harmony. Lulu just

1:01:05

turned into the goddess Kali. An

1:01:08

inherent understanding of jazz harmony. An

1:01:11

inherent understanding of jazz. He's

1:01:13

kind of scatting a little bit and just like

1:01:15

he's playing all over with harmony. He's like oh

1:01:17

this is nice. Mickey doesn't get

1:01:19

it either. A Scooby Doo Doo Doo. Mickey's just

1:01:21

there being like yeah the only 20th century song

1:01:24

I know is something called Who Let the Dogs

1:01:26

Out which is like interesting. Whatever you had to

1:01:28

let the dogs out. Did you ever find out

1:01:30

who let them out? You're singing so good. Don't

1:01:32

ask me that stupid question. You keep singing. I'm

1:01:34

sorry. I go back to singing.

1:01:36

More importantly whose dogs were they? Everybody's dogs.

1:01:38

Well they're out now. They're feral. So

1:01:41

Lulu you find

1:01:43

yourself desperately, hauntingly, questingly,

1:01:46

thirstily in love

1:01:48

with Kyle. You just notice those

1:01:50

abs glistening in the mushroom light.

1:01:53

I walk over. I take one finger and I trace

1:01:55

them up his abs and I go boop. I

1:02:01

just got I just gotta look at her. I said

1:02:03

oh kind of tickled boss. Hey Yeah

1:02:08

Mickey remember I am way too jealous of

1:02:10

you to even gauge with you. I don't

1:02:12

understand If

1:02:15

you want to like try a contrast I got your what

1:02:17

I hit bump Kyle I Was

1:02:22

flying I

1:02:24

just go flying Oh Okay,

1:02:28

boys, okay, what's going on here? What's going

1:02:30

on? I say all right. I would like

1:02:33

to roll perception on this room Yeah,

1:02:35

the Kyle knows what's going on.

1:02:37

I don't think any of you know what's going on I run

1:02:39

over to Kyle I picked Kyle up I dust off

1:02:41

his head and then I kiss his head and then

1:02:43

I dust it off again Mickey is cynical enough about

1:02:46

matters of the heart that he knows exactly what's going

1:02:48

on He

1:02:50

has seen this so many times with

1:02:53

girls that he's like he's seen it. Yeah,

1:02:55

he's a thousand They always end up going

1:02:57

brr up on Cal's head with his flashlight

1:02:59

in his field. I'm going scouting. I'm going

1:03:01

scouting alone I mean he never has any

1:03:03

cool. I got Mickey Mickey. Where you going?

1:03:06

I mean, I'm going ahead. I'm watching I'm

1:03:08

watching maybe they'll be maybe it'll be something

1:03:10

from the out there Maybe there'll be something

1:03:12

for me. I made my perception roll by

1:03:14

a lot. I got it by looks

1:03:16

like four Okay, good perception roll. There

1:03:19

are basically Stacks that you

1:03:21

are walking between like rows in

1:03:23

a supermarket and each of these

1:03:26

stacks has shelves and Each

1:03:28

of these shelves has well, honestly Kyle

1:03:30

you have no experience with this. So

1:03:32

it just shelves with rectangles

1:03:35

on them and amongst

1:03:37

and around the rectangles on the

1:03:39

floor and even on the ceiling

1:03:41

are mushrooms just growing that have

1:03:43

this pink purpley blue

1:03:46

radiant glow to them and

1:03:49

Seem to almost hum with

1:03:51

energy. Oh, I say

1:03:53

boss What do you want to

1:03:55

do about this? Where we go? What are we doing? giggle

1:03:59

maniacally put a finger over his lips

1:04:02

and then I poke the mushroom again.

1:04:05

I veto rasp another layer of cloth around

1:04:07

his face. I don't know. I

1:04:09

don't know if I'm... Excuse me. Yes. Um,

1:04:12

but perhaps we shouldn't be so cavalier with the

1:04:15

spores and the mushrooms and whatnot. It would be

1:04:17

my thing. Also, I would like to

1:04:19

quickly roll a perception. I know I rolled IQ on

1:04:21

the room in general. Yeah, I would like... Real quick,

1:04:23

roll HT first. Oh, no. Well, what about my... I

1:04:25

knew this was coming. I see from

1:04:27

your pantomime that you lowered your covering for your

1:04:29

nose. Yes, for a moment. I allowed David to

1:04:31

not roll HT if he had his covering on

1:04:33

his nose. Alright, good job, David. That was veto, but...

1:04:36

No, no, no. I made David do it. Or I asked David

1:04:38

to do it. Oh, good. We didn't

1:04:40

really know. I made my HT. I got it

1:04:42

by three. I get my HT to the nubbin. HT? Oh,

1:04:45

HT on the button. Oh, that's lovely. Nicely

1:04:47

done. Okay, uh, Michal? Did we get one for the

1:04:49

fun? I'm ahead. I hate these people.

1:04:52

I'm gonna go ahead and... I'm ahead. I

1:04:54

hate these people. No, I'm gonna go

1:04:56

ahead and... I'm trying to get some space.

1:04:58

Everyone succeeds your HT rolls, but you do

1:05:00

think that those spores smell bad. Come on,

1:05:02

boss. Let's get out of here. And I go

1:05:04

find Mickey, and I get the hell away from

1:05:07

these, whatever these mushrooms are, and I put something

1:05:09

over my face. I say, boss, put something over

1:05:11

your face. And I use a piece of clothing

1:05:13

to cover my mouth. I mean, I'm shirtless. You

1:05:15

don't have a shirt, so it's loincloth or bust,

1:05:17

buddy. I

1:05:19

run up behind Kyle, and I jump on

1:05:21

top of him in piggyback style, and I bury my

1:05:24

head in his neck. So here's the

1:05:26

thing. I have questions. Let's just

1:05:28

pause. Just how Jaws vammer flirts,

1:05:30

or is this how the

1:05:32

character flirts? Because it feels like... This is Leeloo.

1:05:35

This is how Jaws vammer flirts. I mean,

1:05:37

like, I would see tackle... Can I get

1:05:39

a little crossover, okay? Some hip

1:05:41

bumps. These all feel right in the world

1:05:43

of vams. I've never experienced this before, so

1:05:46

I'm just trying to get an idea of

1:05:48

where I am in the world right now.

1:05:50

Uh-huh. This is a vam influence Leeloo

1:05:52

flirt. Okay. So,

1:05:54

I think that at this point, Kyle's

1:05:56

gonna roll intelligence. Uh... Well,

1:05:59

there's... I miss my

1:06:01

intelligence role. I would argue that means I still

1:06:03

have no fucking idea what's happening I

1:06:05

just say I say oh boy all right, and

1:06:07

I pick up her I pick up her legs

1:06:09

And I just he is the captain of the football

1:06:11

team that is just used to all the girls

1:06:13

liking him So he doesn't even realize it you

1:06:15

people aren't sufferable. He's got her eyes back She's

1:06:18

piggybacking me, and I'm moving fast and trying to get

1:06:20

us through away from the mushroom. Yeah Yeah, I dropped

1:06:22

back with two religious guys. I'm like what is going

1:06:25

are your books about this like what the hell is

1:06:27

this normal? Is this supposed to be what your god

1:06:29

does like everybody else my life like the hell well

1:06:31

um yeah, I was a somewhat unclear I

1:06:34

believe we can sort this out when we

1:06:36

get to a place without spores and without

1:06:39

this lovely, but somewhat menacing song I say

1:06:41

as we're walking. I just thought I just

1:06:43

thought talking of Leeloo on my back So

1:06:47

what's the plan here boss? What do we

1:06:49

got to do? I know you like some

1:06:51

kind of big shot supreme being I say

1:06:53

hey Vito, oh yeah, what I say what

1:06:55

what's the plan here chief? What are we

1:06:58

doing? I think we do Yes,

1:07:01

we lost in Austin. What's flossing? It's don't

1:07:03

worry about it. I'm not sure if you

1:07:05

are coming There's sort of limited space, but

1:07:07

it's a planet. Oh all right. Well. She's

1:07:09

the boss So it's a it's a resort

1:07:12

ship orbiting a planet, and there's something we

1:07:14

need up there We're going to the star

1:07:16

spears the spears in the sky. Yes, sure

1:07:19

whatever you want to call it. I don't know Mickey

1:07:22

yeah, what is it? Star spears

1:07:24

Mickey. I mean that's a great moment. That's

1:07:26

great. No great for you Hey, what the

1:07:28

fuck is up your ass? I look

1:07:31

it's I just I don't know Yeah,

1:07:34

spears it cannot so I can come of

1:07:36

course come on without you your Oh

1:07:38

Mickey something's wrong What's the matter? I just don't want

1:07:40

to get abandoned again look I mean like I'm already

1:07:42

far from home And I see you in the supreme

1:07:44

being getting close and these two Priest guys have another

1:07:46

thing going on like purpose and stuff, and I just

1:07:48

I mean I just want to go on an adventure

1:07:50

So I guess I'm getting what I want so that's

1:07:52

good I mean I got no complaints on that front

1:07:54

I just I don't know like why can't I piggyback

1:07:56

a nice lady? I mean there are other supreme beings

1:07:58

out there like Hey,

1:08:01

you're my best friend in the world.

1:08:03

Well, that's very helpful. I'm nothing without

1:08:05

you. Nothing. Never have been, never

1:08:07

will be. Look, I'm just getting the weird feeling that one

1:08:09

of us is going to die before the end of this

1:08:11

somehow for dramatic effect. So you know, like I'd like to

1:08:13

get a little bit of a... No, I never even thought

1:08:15

about that. I don't think I'm ever going to die. Anyway...

1:08:17

Both of us side by side, I take that deal at

1:08:19

this point because I am sad. But at least my back

1:08:21

doesn't hurt like this guy. So look, I mean, I think

1:08:24

that as far as I'm concerned, I'm along for the ride.

1:08:26

All right? If you need me to

1:08:28

go anywhere and do anything that's good, this is exciting. There'll

1:08:30

be some remuneration at the end of it. I mean, I always

1:08:32

wanted to see the upstairs, you know? So it's great if we

1:08:34

could go outside and like see what's up. Hey, I love

1:08:36

you. I love you. You know that. Tell me...

1:08:39

Where I go, you go. Where I go, you

1:08:41

go. You know that. It's always been that way

1:08:43

and always will be. Why do you always talk

1:08:45

sometimes like you about this life experience, man? You're

1:08:47

like two months older than I am. It's stupid.

1:08:50

Life is life, my friend. I didn't ask to

1:08:52

be this handsome. It's just something that just kind

1:08:54

of happened. Those are not crucial. Two months. All

1:08:56

right. Fine. I'm

1:08:59

going to go over myself. Fine. I

1:09:01

would like to briefly roll... Can I get a better

1:09:03

sense? I know I would like Q in general and

1:09:05

I only succeeded by three. I didn't get much, but

1:09:07

can I roll perception to see if people have been

1:09:09

here or like a logical way out or like, you

1:09:11

know, taking a bite of the apple? Anyone who didn't

1:09:13

already roll can give me a perception roll on the

1:09:15

space. Let me know if anyone

1:09:17

succeeds by four or more. I

1:09:19

just got that. I got that by 11. Oh,

1:09:22

that's a crit success level perception roll.

1:09:24

I mean, you also don't know what

1:09:26

these rectangles are because, Lulu, you also

1:09:28

don't understand this world. Right. But

1:09:31

you see that as you guys

1:09:33

walk amongst the stacks, there are

1:09:35

little cameras that are just tracking

1:09:37

you, watching you, following your movements.

1:09:40

Yeah. Oh, did you point

1:09:42

them out to me? You point them out? Yeah, I

1:09:44

assume so. Hey, Father. Is that good? What's

1:09:47

with the things up there that are following us? Oh,

1:09:49

that's a good question. Can I roll like current events

1:09:51

or area knowledge or something? Like, why would there be

1:09:53

cameras here? This better not be... You can roll whatever

1:09:55

you want. Oh, that's very sweet of you. I have

1:09:57

clerical investment. I am a member of the clergy. How

1:10:00

dare you camera? No, hang on.

1:10:04

Oh my god, is it David's time to shine? Hold

1:10:06

on, let me, let me, David, before you... I

1:10:08

have archaeology, does that qualify for that? I will allow

1:10:10

you to... Well, you don't have gardening. Which would be

1:10:12

good for mustard. I will allow you to roll any

1:10:14

of them. They will do different things, but... Alright,

1:10:17

I would like to roll... I actually

1:10:19

kind of would like to roll archaeology, like, have these

1:10:21

cameras been here forever. Are they new? Like, what is

1:10:23

their purpose? Yeah, give me an archaeology. Because

1:10:26

my archaeology is very good, and indeed I succeed by six.

1:10:28

Oh, okay, well done. I'm going to write, I'm going to...

1:10:30

David rolls history, 20th century earth. Okay, yeah.

1:10:33

And he gets that, eight, nine, he gets

1:10:35

that by three, it looks like. Great. So

1:10:37

between the two of you, immediately,

1:10:41

Vito, you realize this is,

1:10:43

or at least was, a library once upon

1:10:45

a time. Alright. It's

1:10:47

a pretty old library. It looks like it's

1:10:49

not been in regular use for some time.

1:10:52

But around you, the stacks are covered with

1:10:54

digital records. All sorts of things,

1:10:56

a complete record of 20th, 21st century media. You're

1:10:59

not exactly sure when it ends. You

1:11:01

need to kind of spend some time with it to

1:11:03

see what the latest records are to maybe figure out

1:11:05

when this was last used. The mushrooms

1:11:08

appear, by your instinct, they appear

1:11:10

unrelated to the library nature of this

1:11:12

place. For your role, David, you're familiar with these

1:11:14

kinds of digital records, and you can activate pretty

1:11:16

much anything you want. I say, Father, are you

1:11:19

thinking what I'm thinking? Yes, I hope they have

1:11:21

Smokey and the Bandit. I mean, I could find

1:11:23

Smokey and the Bandit for sure, but I think

1:11:25

we should just get the hell out of here.

1:11:28

I mean, we have a mission to do, and

1:11:30

I don't see how this library helps us. I

1:11:32

mean, I love books. I'll sit here and read

1:11:34

all day. And we don't know how damaged they

1:11:36

are by the mushrooms and possibly corrupted in some

1:11:39

sort of strange mushroom alien way. I agree. I

1:11:41

think we should leave. That said, I don't understand

1:11:43

what these cameras are. Did my archeology role give

1:11:45

me any, like, are they manned cameras, do you

1:11:47

think? Or just, like, is someone watching on the

1:11:50

other end? When they're tracking, are they tracking automatically?

1:11:52

David rolls computer operation to see if he can

1:11:54

track down the source of where the cameras are

1:11:56

coming. Okay, sure. David

1:11:58

feels miserable. at

1:12:00

that role. One shy of a critical

1:12:02

fail. You climb up there to try

1:12:05

and see if you can unplug one

1:12:07

and it just comes right out. The

1:12:09

radio operated, you've got no clue. All

1:12:11

right. I say father, I don't know.

1:12:14

I mean I don't think this is important. I think

1:12:16

we keep moving. I mean. Yes, I mean I would

1:12:18

like to just get out of it. We just need

1:12:20

to get to space. How hard is that in the

1:12:22

year of our Lord and the year of us afraid

1:12:24

being? The year. The year of us afraid being. Hello.

1:12:27

I have a quick question just like

1:12:29

so I don't know how mushrooms work

1:12:31

in this world but so I have

1:12:33

a really good score in biology and

1:12:36

I'm just curious. It's a network,

1:12:38

right? And I'm really curious to know kind of

1:12:40

like what where it might have come from or

1:12:42

like when he says alien that kind of sparks

1:12:44

my interest. So is there any way I can

1:12:47

roll biology to find out kind of more

1:12:49

about these mushrooms or like what might have caused

1:12:51

them or what they are or if I recognize

1:12:53

them. Yeah, give me a give me a biology

1:12:55

roll minus four. Okay.

1:12:58

Oh my god. To the nubbin. Okay.

1:13:00

Yeah, I mean these are not any

1:13:02

kind of naturally occurring species that you

1:13:04

have any knowledge of. Looking at them

1:13:06

and studying them for a moment. The

1:13:08

glow from within appears to be bio

1:13:10

engineering sort of power batteries. Batteries. Are

1:13:12

they feeding on the books? Is

1:13:15

there like a bunch of mushrooms who are just like

1:13:17

really into Nietzsche or something like what's going on? Like

1:13:19

and if they're just digital

1:13:21

records like this actually I'm really glad you

1:13:23

did this Jaws because now I have a

1:13:25

lot of very different perception. Yeah, I like

1:13:27

I do think we should find an exit. I think

1:13:29

all of my characters agree that like I think that's good

1:13:31

idea. I think that David David has one of his freak

1:13:33

outs at this point. I think it was just like classic.

1:13:37

We've made enough

1:13:39

undergreens and my kind

1:13:41

of friends. My support

1:13:43

team has got a

1:13:46

boyfriend and I'm very confused. I

1:13:48

just want to get out of here. I

1:13:50

just want to get out of here. I

1:13:52

direct your attention to the parable of the

1:13:55

man with a bad back who never complained.

1:13:57

Yeah, the fact that every step was an

1:13:59

agony. Yeah, it's true. You're right. You're right. I

1:14:01

should remember the man with the bed. While they're having

1:14:03

their moment, is there like fabric

1:14:06

or anything? Like something, a pouch nearby

1:14:08

that I can grab? Give me a scrounging roll. Okay.

1:14:11

Yes, I get that. By eight. By eight?

1:14:13

You don't see immediately anything made of cloth.

1:14:15

The digital records are all kind of these

1:14:18

hard plastic things with little buttons on them.

1:14:20

And the shelvings are metal, old,

1:14:23

corrugated steel. The mushrooms are mushroom,

1:14:25

made entirely of mushroom, no cloth

1:14:27

at all. But as you glance

1:14:29

around and walk up and down

1:14:31

a couple of corridors, you

1:14:34

see above one of the shelvings a

1:14:36

little curtain kind of hanging. Awesome. I

1:14:38

want to grab that curtain. Okay,

1:14:41

you climb up and grab the curtain. And as

1:14:43

you pull it off, you see that it's covering

1:14:45

a window. And behind that window is

1:14:47

a little face staring

1:14:49

at you. No. W, V,

1:14:52

Mika, Kal. I'll take a look. Let me

1:14:54

see. What kind of face is this? Hello.

1:14:56

A pallid. Hello. Hello. Is it alive? Hello?

1:14:59

He's just staring at you. Rolling perception.

1:15:01

I wave. A bald, slightly shriveled old

1:15:03

man. Oh. I wave. It's

1:15:05

like looking in a mirror. He looks at

1:15:08

you quizzically, raises one arm to imitate

1:15:10

your motion, looks at it and looks at

1:15:12

you. I don't know. Do we have

1:15:14

time, honestly? All right. Um. All

1:15:17

right, sir. Hello, sir. Could you tell us, um,

1:15:19

can he hear me through the glass? Hello. Hello.

1:15:22

Can I wear diplomacy on this man? Yes, you

1:15:24

can. I would like to do that. And,

1:15:27

oh, very good role. I succeed by seven.

1:15:29

No, that is not true. I succeed by

1:15:31

five. I'm sorry. All right. Okay. Um, excuse

1:15:34

me, sir. We are here

1:15:36

on important business, but we seem to

1:15:38

have gotten a bit turned around. Could

1:15:40

you please direct us to an exit?

1:15:42

We would very much appreciate it and

1:15:44

would be willing to pay you for

1:15:47

your trouble once we are outside and

1:15:49

reconnected with our friends in the wider

1:15:51

world. You see him look down at

1:15:53

his little control panel and he presses

1:15:55

a button and he says, I saw

1:15:57

two mushroom touches. Is that correct? I,

1:16:00

is that correct? We would, um, do you

1:16:02

have a, as far, I don't know, I

1:16:04

don't know, perhaps. Yes, and what's an R?

1:16:06

Five H and R A J, is that

1:16:09

correct? Well, I wouldn't, I don't know about

1:16:11

the sort of dewy decimals. Leilu, as your

1:16:13

attorney, I would... He makes a note and

1:16:15

he says, yes, yes, come up,

1:16:17

come up. What's an R? I would like to plead

1:16:19

the fifth element. He

1:16:22

wants us to come up, how do we come

1:16:24

up? Yes, well, all right, yes. He indicates a

1:16:26

turn around and you find a little doorway leading

1:16:28

to his alcove. I mean... All right, we go

1:16:30

up, we go up there. I

1:16:33

follow the supreme being. All right, David...

1:16:35

I'm with you, man, but I don't know what else to

1:16:38

do. Let's go find, let's pull this thread. David, get your

1:16:40

cyanide pills ready. All right, off we go. Maybe

1:16:42

this guy could get his cyanide pills. Is that like Annie gets your

1:16:44

gun and just David gets your cyanide pills? I

1:16:47

don't like where this is going. I

1:16:50

guess everybody goes, oh, my,

1:16:52

my two characters are somewhat reluctant, but they're

1:16:54

both willing to follow the supreme being. Like,

1:16:56

nobody wants to be left in this thing

1:16:58

alone, so they're gonna go. Sure. Okay, so

1:17:00

you guys head up and you find a

1:17:02

little alcove, which now you see the screens

1:17:04

through all the cameras lead here. A normal

1:17:06

control room for which it seems like this

1:17:08

man has put in a bunch of other

1:17:10

equipment that looks unrelated and newer. Nobody sees

1:17:12

the wizard, no time, no place. Did

1:17:16

any of you inhale the spores? What is

1:17:18

a spore? What is inhale? Really? I don't

1:17:20

believe so. Did you breathe in the dust?

1:17:22

Probably a little bit. What? What's the problem?

1:17:24

A little bit. Yes, sure. What? A little

1:17:26

bit. A spore. We each breathed one spore.

1:17:28

What of it? Would you mind if I

1:17:30

held on to you for a few months?

1:17:33

No. I mean, yes. Yes, no, we are

1:17:35

an urgent errant old man. Excuse me, sir.

1:17:37

Old sir. We need to get out of

1:17:39

here. We've had quite the permitting time. Very

1:17:41

well. Very well. Just a simple biological sample

1:17:43

to leave behind for me. It's important. Well,

1:17:46

maybe not leaving. What

1:17:48

do you mean by biological sample there? Yeah, I don't. Captain

1:17:50

Kangaloo. You know, look, I got a lot of complicated beliefs.

1:17:52

I don't like getting my teeth done. I mean, if you

1:17:54

want me to drop a deuce in a beaker or something,

1:17:56

I'll do it. I don't like being touched. Nothing's been a

1:17:59

problem for me. recently you know what do

1:18:01

you need I think give me one give me a sample

1:18:03

container I can see why people like you I get it

1:18:06

big charge getting things done he

1:18:08

goes to prepare a place

1:18:10

for you to take a sample and he points McCall

1:18:13

to another spot he says a bit of blood

1:18:15

from you glad

1:18:18

priest Cornelius if you wouldn't mind a swab

1:18:20

from the nostril look yeah whatever you need

1:18:22

there chief are you gonna help us get

1:18:24

out of here that's the price for your

1:18:26

biological sandwich drop a letter of intent give

1:18:29

me an IQ roll someone we got

1:18:31

to get this paper yeah I got it I

1:18:33

got nine ten I got it by one Kyle

1:18:35

Kyle no that's not good enough for Kyle I

1:18:37

got it by seven okay that's good enough for

1:18:39

Lou Hoover's headcanon IQ is this guy's gonna try

1:18:41

and build a super being out of our parts

1:18:45

and Vito rolls Vito succeeds by six

1:18:47

on David also six okay Vito you

1:18:49

definitely get this he just said

1:18:51

your name how does he know your name oh

1:18:54

well I'm quite well known no

1:18:56

wait this is what well no he's been watching us

1:18:59

through the cameras and perhaps we use names I've been

1:19:01

calling you these well hey

1:19:03

hey David says how do you know who

1:19:05

we are weird old man thank you

1:19:08

David nice old man gentle so I'm

1:19:10

afraid I have no idea who you are

1:19:13

young strong gentlemen nor the

1:19:15

other loin-clothed folk

1:19:18

however I'm Mickey Hype these three

1:19:20

certainly those two and I believe

1:19:22

her are wanted by the

1:19:25

military and as I am

1:19:27

a contractor that has come across my boards

1:19:29

he's a contractor what does

1:19:31

that mean he works for him he works

1:19:33

for the military so black water subsidiary called

1:19:35

purple mushroom I think this is all you

1:19:37

father get us out yes well I mean

1:19:39

I'll get us out of this by saying

1:19:41

yes sounds good I don't know why you

1:19:43

need our DNA but yes deliver a straight

1:19:45

away into the military you will be handsomely

1:19:47

rewarded right yes yes good for everybody good

1:19:49

let's go I would like to press some

1:19:51

buttons oh god okay please no no no

1:19:53

no roll roll roll perception they

1:19:55

lose stuff I would like to gently

1:20:00

afraid. What do you do with seeing that she's

1:20:02

going to press a button? I mean, and what

1:20:04

I hope is a comic. I'm not going to

1:20:06

overpower her with my bad back and her being

1:20:08

a god, but I'll try and like, you know,

1:20:10

just like gently, you know, hopefully she's still like,

1:20:12

like you let yourself be deterred, Leeloo. I

1:20:14

think like that. He knocked my hand out

1:20:16

of the way. And then yes, I immediately

1:20:19

can't press that button, but I do turn to him and say,

1:20:21

Hey, why? I see what you're doing. And

1:20:24

I don't hate it. But I think that we would

1:20:26

like to just make an arrangement here. Sir,

1:20:29

please. Not good man. Not. Oh,

1:20:31

you don't think so. Really? Well, all right. Test

1:20:33

of faith. Go ahead. And I let her arm

1:20:35

go. And I continue talking

1:20:38

to the guy. And if I have to roll like

1:20:40

acting or whatever to like keep his attention, but like

1:20:42

I do want to keep my conversation going because maybe

1:20:44

these buttons don't do anything. And like, I would like

1:20:46

to be like, Hey, yeah, get us out of, give

1:20:49

us to the military. That sounds great. My only fear

1:20:51

is that I will be overly enthusiastic and who want

1:20:53

more money or something. But like, I would like to

1:20:55

get me moving, you know, I will ask, I will

1:20:57

say, are you pressing a button on one of the

1:21:00

panels that look like they belong in the

1:21:02

library or one of the rolling

1:21:04

panels that he has put in

1:21:06

his panel? Okay, cool. I long

1:21:08

ago started making random button tables

1:21:10

for any such place. So

1:21:12

we're going to roll on the random button table.

1:21:15

I mean, I would like to interfere, but

1:21:17

Kyle doesn't even know what the buttons are.

1:21:19

So he doesn't know this is bad. Sorry,

1:21:21

button is pressed. The effect will perhaps take

1:21:24

a moment to make itself clear. Kyle saw

1:21:26

the buttons being pressed. He wanders over and

1:21:28

starts to press buttons to Oh, okay, we're

1:21:30

gonna take another role. No idea what these

1:21:32

things are. He saw the Supreme being do it.

1:21:34

He's like, I looks like fun. The flashy however,

1:21:36

now the old man succeeds his perception roll and

1:21:39

runs over to stop you. You must not you

1:21:42

must not. Oh, sorry. I didn't

1:21:44

know I'm not sure I saw

1:21:47

the Supreme being do what I figured

1:21:49

it was a cool thing to do.

1:21:51

What are they anyway? What are these

1:21:54

little flashy they carefully regulate the flow

1:21:56

of power into the mycelial network a

1:21:58

under load or an overload could

1:22:00

be disastrous. So it is very important

1:22:02

that you do not touch any of

1:22:05

these. Ah, David hears that and David

1:22:07

definitely, I'm gonna roll David's

1:22:09

intelligence real quick. David gets

1:22:12

intelligence by two and I

1:22:14

say, Um, sir? Oh,

1:22:16

I need to be- Yes, my son. That ship

1:22:18

has already sailed up. So I heard that you

1:22:20

captured a ship and stole it and killed a

1:22:22

general. That's what I heard. Oh, no, no, I

1:22:25

was just gonna tell you that. My

1:22:27

friend, the Supreme Being, pushed that

1:22:29

button right there already. Is that

1:22:31

bad? No, she couldn't have pressed

1:22:34

that button. If she'd pressed that button, we

1:22:36

would certainly have seen an over-

1:22:39

Oh, dear. As he looks out, now you

1:22:41

can all see that the glow is increasing

1:22:43

slightly. Well, um, perhaps we leave. We can

1:22:45

talk about this in a cafe. Outside,

1:22:47

in public, with people who care

1:22:50

about the future of the universe.

1:22:52

Please. The man frantically scrambles to

1:22:54

try and press buttons as quickly

1:22:56

as he can. I would like

1:22:59

to flip on a dime, run up

1:23:01

to the man, get right in his face, and

1:23:03

say, you tell us how to get out.

1:23:06

Now. And you come with and you say

1:23:08

nothing. I must save

1:23:10

the experiment. It will overload. I

1:23:12

grab his throat and I say, you tell us how

1:23:14

to get out and you say nothing. Leeloo,

1:23:17

perhaps let him stop the place from blowing up

1:23:19

though if it's- You're strong. We're

1:23:21

out. I can't control it once

1:23:24

he's like this. I can't control it once he's

1:23:26

like this. Intimidation roll. Okay. Plus

1:23:28

four for credible threat of violence. Okay, great.

1:23:31

Yes, I get that by six.

1:23:34

By six. Okay. He gets a resistance

1:23:36

roll and he's actually very willful. I

1:23:39

believe that. However, he does not

1:23:41

do good enough. That's a success by four.

1:23:43

So you break him. And he says, please,

1:23:45

I must save the experiment. I will show

1:23:47

you. I will show you the way. Let

1:23:49

me save it. Let me save it. Why

1:23:51

save? It's my life's work. It could

1:23:53

change the world. How? I Have a lot of sympathy

1:23:55

for this guy. I think we can- How long is

1:23:57

it going to take? You take five minutes? How Safe?

1:24:00

The clean power source if I could just

1:24:02

get it was I let him go and

1:24:04

he sets a work order to give him

1:24:06

when I q role to fix what you

1:24:08

broke. And. Ah, goddamn heroes

1:24:10

really? Well. Ah

1:24:13

yeah, he fixes this. And

1:24:16

I don't know if they are now outside. Do it

1:24:18

She says if I was you who are when I

1:24:20

would also like to take with me Season Three of

1:24:23

The Wire If you have a tough nasa. We

1:24:26

have everything male lead i didn't say

1:24:28

who and sacrifices with scope. I. Say

1:24:30

now. I save you. I'll

1:24:33

believe sometimes that I am beyond saving.

1:24:35

Know when oh yeah I will feel

1:24:37

I roof emeralds the all the do

1:24:40

I succeed? I don't think that's correct

1:24:42

sir. Come with us and Ah Kyle's

1:24:44

going to back him up. I roll.

1:24:46

Intimidation. And. Nine Ten

1:24:49

That is intimidation by to.

1:24:51

I. Say I just gently come over. I put

1:24:53

my hand on the back of his neck. I

1:24:55

say you know the boss as you to do

1:24:57

something I recommend it's do with. Get. A

1:25:00

sadia Right now I have as I believe

1:25:02

I made clear raise the alarm when I

1:25:04

saw you arrive on the cameras and recognized

1:25:06

you. Most. Likely you will meet

1:25:08

the military soon. Is that what

1:25:10

you desire? I still read Sidebar

1:25:12

Met a Sidebar with human voices,

1:25:14

actor voices amazon the same page

1:25:16

like Yes, right? Like I say

1:25:19

I mean I think there's a

1:25:21

downside to I when I click

1:25:23

ask him a couple question of

1:25:25

heck yeah I. I turn to

1:25:27

him and I say I need help,

1:25:29

I must get to sit in stars

1:25:31

and must not be stopped and I

1:25:33

must be safe And I blink and

1:25:36

think as if they must be. Safe.

1:25:38

Iowa Terry Yes the old man

1:25:40

says the military has many ships

1:25:43

but do not know if they

1:25:45

will give them freely to wanted

1:25:47

criminal. This. Senator to the old

1:25:50

man I say you from down here

1:25:52

others can help. Why should I help

1:25:54

you grab my so violently by the throat

1:25:56

and tried to break my experiment? I let

1:25:58

you save experiments and. If not hope,

1:26:00

experiment with all. You

1:26:02

will go. World will die. Lulu

1:26:05

may die, but everyone else

1:26:07

safe. Help. Do not understand, girl.

1:26:09

Oh, I don't like, I, I, I, Vito

1:26:11

does not like, don't, don't call her, I

1:26:13

can't do the voice, I'm so offended. Yeah,

1:26:17

I think Vito doesn't like calling her girls, look, sir,

1:26:20

please. Could you give us more indication of what this

1:26:22

bounty is? I mean, as far as I'm concerned, this

1:26:24

is all one big misunderstanding. And if I could talk

1:26:26

to General Monroe, if he's been ransomed, which side? No,

1:26:29

General Monroe, because one of them I thought you killed,

1:26:31

but there's another one. No, no, no, Monroe the Elder

1:26:33

was with us in the car. Elder Monroe. Yes, and

1:26:35

then he was kidnapped by a puss. I believe so,

1:26:37

yes. Well, he and I were not very close. I

1:26:40

called him P.D., but it was kind of, anyway.

1:26:42

I speak to him in the divine language. Okay.

1:26:44

And I say, in the divine language, I'm not

1:26:46

from here. I like your

1:26:48

experiment and made of other

1:26:50

stuff. He looks at you and cocks his

1:26:52

head like a dog that you just said

1:26:55

treat to it. He walks back

1:26:57

and he rummages around and he says, would

1:26:59

you speak that way again into this? And

1:27:02

he pulls out a small speaker of some kind. And

1:27:05

I say in the divine language, I

1:27:07

am Leeloo. I believe all of

1:27:09

you are worth saving and I will do my

1:27:11

best. If you hear this message,

1:27:13

I have succeeded. And he looks at

1:27:15

you and he says, you speak Monda Siwon

1:27:17

Prime. Yes. What do they

1:27:19

want? They want what they want. I

1:27:22

want to save you. There is danger

1:27:24

coming. I have to be careful who I trust. I

1:27:27

have the things I need that they are far away and I

1:27:29

have to get to them. Help, please.

1:27:31

Give me some kind of a role to

1:27:33

persuade him. Let me. He's not

1:27:35

coming with you right now. Right. Wild talent. I

1:27:38

know. I was going to say, is there a

1:27:40

way I can do, like, what would it be? It would be, it's

1:27:42

not courty. I guess

1:27:44

it's probably diplomacy. It's got to be. I

1:27:46

mean, it's fast talking. This is not fast talking.

1:27:49

It's not. I'm not trying to pull one over on him. I'm trying to.

1:27:52

I'm trying to. Yeah. Why

1:27:54

do we want this guy? Is my question. I

1:27:56

mean, he's. Because he's alluded to the fact that

1:27:59

the military is. for murder as opposed

1:28:01

to like, like they don't know. Oh, I'm

1:28:03

sorry, I just mean why do we want

1:28:05

him to come with us? To come with

1:28:07

us? We don't necessarily want him, I mean

1:28:09

maybe, sure, but like he's clearly... It's like

1:28:11

Lulu was asking him for help and he

1:28:14

was considering it. Right, but I want help,

1:28:16

yeah. Otherwise he's delivering you to the military.

1:28:18

Yeah, I'm gonna say wild talent, diplomacy. Oh,

1:28:20

okay. That's

1:28:22

such a crazy thing. Don't you speak

1:28:24

broken English? I'm gonna also make

1:28:27

you, for any role that involves language, I've

1:28:29

not been making you role to communicate everything, but

1:28:31

to any role that involves language, you are gonna

1:28:34

have to role IQ to get it

1:28:36

into English. Yes, I'm gonna do

1:28:38

wild talent diplomacy. That's just such a funny

1:28:40

wild talent, I love it. Right? Yes,

1:28:43

I get that by quite a bit. I get that

1:28:46

by seven. Okay. No, I get that

1:28:48

by 11. No, hold on.

1:28:51

That was your IQ role to get. You got,

1:28:53

I don't really care about the margin, you

1:28:56

got diplomacy. And you

1:28:58

have it now at a... I

1:29:00

know diplomacy. I know

1:29:03

diplomacy. Now

1:29:06

I'm picturing like Neo going into the

1:29:08

matrix, just like Model UN. Yeah, yeah.

1:29:12

We're sending you to the media. Show me.

1:29:15

And it's cut to, smash cut to the

1:29:17

UN. Dropped into

1:29:19

the Yalta conference just sitting there by Stalin.

1:29:22

You're like, whoa. Okay,

1:29:25

yeah. So

1:29:28

you've got diplomacy at a 16. Whoa. All

1:29:32

right, here we go. Vito has become

1:29:34

a lot of... Vito's market value is dropping

1:29:36

quick. Roll it, man. If

1:29:40

you're gonna roll it on him, first give me an

1:29:42

IQ role to get it into decent English and

1:29:45

then give me a diplomacy role. So then that was my

1:29:47

IQ role, so I got that by nine for IQ. Okay,

1:29:49

great. Your English is fucking

1:29:51

spectacular. Diplomacy. You're even like doing

1:29:53

contractions and things. Yeah. Diplomacy,

1:29:57

I got that by... Excellent subjunctive.

1:30:00

Devon success by seven diplomacy. I mean

1:30:02

that's pretty. That's gonna be a i'm

1:30:04

gonna give him a bit of a

1:30:06

resistance role here. Okay, so

1:30:08

what are you doing with your success

1:30:10

by Seven diplomacy? I say.

1:30:13

You. Can. Clean. Energy. Care.

1:30:16

I care to. Big.

1:30:18

Danger coming to plant. You.

1:30:21

Know exists You Help me. And

1:30:23

I help you. Clean. Energy

1:30:25

Clean. Nice. Safe. Help.

1:30:28

It. Seems. There. Is more

1:30:31

of foot than this frail

1:30:33

old man knows. Isn't there?

1:30:36

Yes, Veto shrugs. And

1:30:38

I draw the symbols. For

1:30:41

water, earth, air fire. there was

1:30:43

a war. Wasn't. There there was

1:30:45

a war that. I. Can give

1:30:47

you little aid young madam.

1:30:50

But. I do believe I know someone who

1:30:52

can. Guess place. We must

1:30:54

move quickly. Guess we go. We

1:30:57

go through here and he indicates

1:30:59

a little crawl space who and

1:31:01

leads you down a passageway were

1:31:04

found. My experiments are always very

1:31:06

ethical as far as the military

1:31:09

is concerned and as such it

1:31:11

is always important to have a

1:31:13

crawl space or through here. Hurry

1:31:16

along, Hurry along. Finally your lead

1:31:18

to a small storage area. Where.

1:31:21

The old man has ah, stowed his car

1:31:23

and you can now see the sky. or

1:31:25

I'd com see that you're pretty high up.

1:31:27

you're still low. But those veto and and

1:31:30

David you normally don't hang out this low.

1:31:32

but for the earthbound folks to an hour

1:31:34

in the sky, you are. hang on high

1:31:36

up. Yeah, We're. Why we never

1:31:39

seen this guy before? Because of all

1:31:41

you've never seen a clouds from from

1:31:43

the side know when? Crazy eyes from

1:31:45

both sides. Now I. feel

1:31:47

nauseous to my stomach like this is

1:31:49

ridiculous by human rights x actually my

1:31:51

god i mean i guess i could

1:31:54

sort of intellectually expected to look like

1:31:56

this like not like this oh my

1:31:58

gosh it's a fright check Think

1:32:00

I failed by one yikes. I miss it

1:32:03

by one Mickey loses it

1:32:05

by He gets a nine

1:32:07

on the fried check table with with the additional

1:32:09

3d stand. I just rolled. Oh god.

1:32:11

I just rolled a 12 Okay.

1:32:13

Oh and Vito has translated as they're walking

1:32:15

I think he trusts the people enough that

1:32:18

anything in the divine language He's making sure

1:32:20

that David got it right and given that

1:32:22

just to even though most of that conversation

1:32:24

was in English But anything they missed like

1:32:26

Li Lu's message and all that just being

1:32:28

like yeah, so mccall your mccall your find

1:32:30

your stun for a few Seconds, but no

1:32:33

one really notices. Good. Why would they for

1:32:35

Kyle you are? Stunned

1:32:37

for a few seconds and you are getting

1:32:39

a new mental quirk. Oh boy. Okay. I'm

1:32:41

still flirting with him So I see him get

1:32:44

stunned I sneak up behind and like sneak my arm

1:32:46

under my head under his arm And I like put my

1:32:48

arm around his waist and I just kind of like hold him

1:32:50

up and I say see pretty I definitely

1:32:53

hug her I definitely hold her What

1:32:56

is my new man? Yeah work your

1:32:58

new mental quirk is that whenever you

1:33:00

see heights? So whatever you're high

1:33:02

up and you see that you are going

1:33:04

to have the urge to grab on to

1:33:06

someone anyone whoever's nearby You're gonna want to

1:33:08

grab them Comments

1:33:11

character flaw I

1:33:16

grab I go. Oh, maybe this is a bad idea Mickey

1:33:18

Mickey. Maybe this is a bad idea I told you this

1:33:20

is a bad idea. I love the bad idea Yeah,

1:33:23

you do enjoy comfort in each other. I'll take

1:33:25

your word for it. I'm gonna go like I'm

1:33:27

gonna go hug this wall Squeeze

1:33:31

into the scientist's car. It's a flying car.

1:33:33

Yeah, they're all flying cars. Nice Can't help

1:33:35

it. He gets into the driver's seat. He's

1:33:38

pretty short So he's uh, he has some

1:33:40

books sitting in the seat to boost himself

1:33:42

up a little bit And

1:33:45

he's slowly checking all his mirrors and

1:33:47

he says seat belts everyone seat belts

1:33:50

Alright, yes, Lelu This is

1:33:52

to keep you. It's counterintuitive. But This in the

1:33:55

case of a car crash, this keeps you trapped

1:33:57

in the car, but in a good way. So.

1:34:00

Mccall you don't know what seat belts are

1:34:02

no good and a good seat belt to

1:34:04

you sir. his name boundary funny. I. I

1:34:06

felt myself and kyle into one by handing

1:34:08

it across both of us to daddy. The.

1:34:12

Might I really feel similarly? Bases with David

1:34:14

three a who sought gun vidor you saw

1:34:17

don't have been. I'd better do well which

1:34:19

are embezzled. Seat has the best back support

1:34:21

w sought no shock and it is and

1:34:23

I always melted. Kyle puts his armor li

1:34:25

we like I'm here we go up as

1:34:27

if you don't are actually we know we're

1:34:29

going high up so he kind of like

1:34:31

grabs onto her Mccall and Kyle you have

1:34:33

no idea what this isn't as soon as

1:34:35

roads flying alone So. Out

1:34:38

in there are man we got. Go

1:34:40

to the river so dry that river and

1:34:42

now is to go to the river ah

1:34:45

that is I make it as I time

1:34:47

I had barely hold it together I get

1:34:49

it on the button but I definitely do

1:34:51

squeeze Li Lu really hard on I can

1:34:53

like bury my face the i'm okay lol

1:34:55

window either I visited depicted I've been resistant

1:34:57

to put my seatbelt on and as soon

1:34:59

as you start moving I'm a guy or

1:35:01

I've ever been. I mean I guess this

1:35:03

maybe this is visible ward off the demons

1:35:05

I guess like that's all I understand about

1:35:07

been a real soon and I see sets

1:35:09

off Carol singing ah I got. On the.is

1:35:11

to start singing the song become Self

1:35:13

southern one one of the same idol

1:35:15

sides no Money was no trouble I've

1:35:17

seen nobody knows but Caesar just me

1:35:19

know a lot of on Sundays we

1:35:22

think about trying to think that are

1:35:24

the song was a good one. a

1:35:26

loser about oboe Bodo Bodo Bodo Bodo

1:35:28

phone and get outta my dreams it's

1:35:30

a pain in my car. You remember

1:35:32

when the old remember when the old

1:35:34

Otherwise all those years to sing that

1:35:37

like oh. Lima realising what get

1:35:39

get out. Of my dreams,

1:35:42

Get. My ah I think

1:35:44

of harassment I don't know what he said it's

1:35:46

a guy love I love that our tribe is

1:35:48

all the songs that we sing are all old

1:35:50

ladies on it's way I went over to the

1:35:52

i was at all times your hands of the

1:35:54

all to the Bon Jovi like three days ago.

1:35:56

man they really that's a good flowers in there

1:35:59

like it's nice. Nice to remember

1:36:01

a Bon Jovi older yeah but

1:36:03

we are going to go for

1:36:05

the computers don't know far. nestles

1:36:07

it's way through traffic and weaves

1:36:09

through the city Out to those

1:36:11

of you who know the city

1:36:13

you're going out somewhere in Brooklyn

1:36:15

boy And eventually it lands and

1:36:17

parks on the roof of some

1:36:19

building most oh above the clouds

1:36:21

were still above the can use

1:36:23

to it can use to. At

1:36:25

flight you all walk out onto

1:36:27

a heli pad and from an

1:36:29

alcove leading. Up to the roof

1:36:31

a man in a very sharp

1:36:33

suit with slick fascists strides this

1:36:35

is kind of a gray silvery

1:36:38

suit strides across the park hae

1:36:40

and walks up to all of

1:36:42

you and looks at the old

1:36:44

man and says i told you

1:36:46

if you ever came back here

1:36:48

I was gonna shoot you in

1:36:50

the face and I meant and

1:36:52

he opens his jacket to showing

1:36:55

old fashioned revolver and that that

1:36:57

we will cut it for my

1:36:59

gas while. He says knives or get

1:37:01

his sword know if the you need to

1:37:03

The accent enough we went to carry them

1:37:05

they soon on oh no I did to

1:37:07

the accept c'mon how care of it would

1:37:09

say what to say my they are a

1:37:11

lot to say area felt like that sort

1:37:13

in Qatar. It's only i'll you with fight

1:37:15

that awesome. As soon

1:37:18

as I got shut up about. It

1:37:20

out of those orders. Now if he sold

1:37:22

us out a we would have gone the

1:37:24

accent i'm I'm guessing the and would make

1:37:27

us and because it was the op well

1:37:29

that was an awesome. Episode I thank those

1:37:31

Fun guys are my good shit. We're

1:37:33

getting this. we're We're barreling toward some

1:37:35

sort of a conclusion that ah, we've

1:37:38

got Corbyn on his way to space

1:37:40

And we've got this team in the

1:37:42

hands of a mysterious rich stranger and

1:37:44

com and of a scientist that needs

1:37:47

to have the seems to have some

1:37:49

kind of a sudden sleeve. And ah,

1:37:51

let's not, let's do some. Let's do

1:37:53

some quick plugs. Our jobs. We give

1:37:56

us a plug please. Yes, so

1:37:58

a flay that I. been writing

1:38:00

is getting a workshop in Connecticut.

1:38:03

I'm very excited. Yes. So there'll be

1:38:05

a reading of that. And if

1:38:07

you are in the

1:38:10

Washington, Connecticut area, it might

1:38:12

be open to the public. So just check

1:38:15

out my socials to see updates on that.

1:38:17

Which play? Pursued, the Winter Tailor to

1:38:19

Adaptation. I have not read this yet.

1:38:21

Yeah, I haven't read it either. Exciting.

1:38:24

Well, going along those along that

1:38:26

line, my play that actually John

1:38:28

Bamer was in in New York is getting

1:38:31

a reading in Chicago on

1:38:33

May 11th. Bernie and Mikey's Trip to

1:38:35

the Moon will be at Chicago Dramatists

1:38:37

in Chicago. It's a free reading

1:38:40

if anybody's around. And we're

1:38:42

trying to garner up interest to get a production going.

1:38:45

In the meantime, dropping audiobooks like crazy

1:38:47

per use. A lot of

1:38:49

people download it, but I'll plug it again

1:38:51

because it was great. I

1:38:53

love this Scum of the Earth

1:38:56

book by Alexander C. Cain. It's really

1:38:58

fun. It's a occupation book,

1:39:00

alien occupation book with a cool spin on

1:39:02

it. And we're dropping the next

1:39:04

12 miles below. People

1:39:06

have been following it by

1:39:08

Mark Arrows, A-R-R-O-W-S, like the

1:39:11

things you shoot with a bow. It's

1:39:14

called Grand Design. I'm in the middle of narrating

1:39:16

it right now. It should be dropping in about

1:39:18

a month. And it's another cool continuation. And I

1:39:20

love plugging this guy because he's a brand new

1:39:22

author. And this is his third book. And

1:39:24

he's, he's, he's, it's not, it's

1:39:27

just getting better and better. So

1:39:30

download the next 12 miles below book. And

1:39:32

yeah, that's what I got. And

1:39:34

Andy, will you give us a quick plug? Ah,

1:39:36

man, like I gotta get stuff out there. I'm so

1:39:39

bad at that. Like, I'm really impressed with everybody. I

1:39:41

just like it's like it's hard for me to like,

1:39:43

nothing, I got nothing. I saw the zone of interest.

1:39:46

Oh, yes. I thought it was fantastic. I'll

1:39:48

have another conversation offline with with people about

1:39:50

it because it's certainly not a not

1:39:53

it's it's a lot. It's intense. But

1:39:55

it's, but it was actually it exceeded my

1:39:58

expectations and was already it's very, very, chilling

1:40:00

and very very good but obviously it's you know you

1:40:02

got to be sort of in the headspace to be

1:40:04

up for that so but I was impressed by it

1:40:06

and that's that's sort of the only thing that I

1:40:09

have seen recently I finished the regime which I think

1:40:11

I brought up on a previous fifth element episode and

1:40:14

it's good but I don't know if I've recommended as

1:40:16

much now that I sort of know what they were

1:40:18

going for but yeah I don't know I've been watching

1:40:20

a lot of dark fiction recently I guess but

1:40:24

yeah no nothing but I will I will I will

1:40:26

let folks know when stuff is ready to go yeah

1:40:28

I don't know I guess I'm trying to do

1:40:36

is like I don't want to get too much into it

1:40:38

I guess but like I need to like I

1:40:40

would like to have some sort of platform where

1:40:42

I could just like like an old-fashioned like blog

1:40:44

or website kind of thing and I just gotta

1:40:47

get that going so because I'm not on socials

1:40:49

so I don't know I'll try

1:40:51

and for the finale of that element I'll

1:40:53

hopefully announce my new URL and people can

1:40:55

figure that out from there and then hopefully

1:40:57

I'll be able to communicate with with folks

1:41:00

through that so I should say though if you

1:41:02

are on discord although there was a little bit

1:41:04

of trouble thank you Jaws for trying to join

1:41:06

it the one project

1:41:08

that is kind of ongoing I know is if

1:41:11

you can join the create the throne discord there's

1:41:13

always there's always a good community there that I

1:41:15

need to be more of a part of but

1:41:18

it's been hard but oh I feel

1:41:20

like I'm rambling in this plugs becoming

1:41:22

a whole state of my life I

1:41:24

saw the Eclipse that was crazy but

1:41:26

also were you in totality were you

1:41:28

in totality for a whole minute it

1:41:31

was a it was real total it was nice it's

1:41:34

I love an Eclipse I mean like but anyway

1:41:36

I forget

1:41:43

my point I got distracted by the

1:41:46

Eclipse but I would oh right I'm

1:41:48

probably may not have a steady day

1:41:50

job in the nearest future

1:41:52

so hopefully that will inspire me to get

1:41:54

creative on a more disciplined basis because right

1:41:56

now I'm just like doing a lot for

1:41:59

my day job but it's the kind of

1:42:01

thing where I feel like the hours might drop off

1:42:03

a cliff pretty soon. So stay tuned. I might

1:42:05

try and finally monetize the writing stuff

1:42:07

in a nice friendly way. So we'll

1:42:10

see. But anyway, that's my very long

1:42:12

plug of nothing specific. Congratulations

1:42:14

on your plays. I'm very excited.

1:42:16

I hope I can check them both out. But

1:42:19

yeah. Yeah, man. I

1:42:22

as well have nothing to plug. I

1:42:24

am currently on a nice long vacation.

1:42:26

Recording from Australia. I'm in Australia at

1:42:28

the moment. I wanted to thank... I

1:42:30

had a couple listeners reach out about when I

1:42:32

plugged that I was going to

1:42:34

be touring the world about meeting up and I'm sorry

1:42:37

I wasn't able to make it happen. They were in

1:42:39

Osaka and I didn't actually go by Osaka. But it

1:42:41

was great to hear from a few people wondering if

1:42:43

I was going to be near them. And I'm

1:42:46

here for another week.

1:42:49

So if you're in Sydney, Australia or if

1:42:51

you're in Taipei, reach out and

1:42:53

maybe we can grab a drink. And

1:42:57

that is it for us today. We are the Film

1:42:59

Re-roll. We are Film Re-roll on Twitter. We

1:43:01

are Film Re-roll on Patreon. And thank

1:43:03

you. Thank you. Thank you to everyone

1:43:05

who supports. As I always say, the

1:43:07

Patreon is what makes this show happen.

1:43:09

We are entirely Patreon run. So thank

1:43:11

you to everyone who lets us exist

1:43:13

and make this crazy content for you.

1:43:15

True. And there are fan run communities

1:43:18

on Discord, on Reddit, on

1:43:20

Facebook, on various other channels. I've

1:43:23

occasionally popped in and they seem like they're

1:43:25

great communities. And always reach out

1:43:27

to us on Twitter. That's the best way to

1:43:29

reach me at least and to reach

1:43:32

the Film Re-roll. And that is it

1:43:34

for us today. We will be back

1:43:36

with more Fifth Element soon. Thank you

1:43:38

everyone. Good night. Good night. How

1:43:53

is my audio quality here? I've got kind of an

1:43:55

improvised setup. That good? Okay, go to something. Great.

1:43:58

Yeah, you're in fucking Australia. What

1:44:00

time is it there? Good night, mate. It's 10.30

1:44:02

in the morning. Holy shit. It's

1:44:05

crazy. Have you seen any ruse? So

1:44:07

if things are ruse... I've seen a whole lot

1:44:09

of... One of its cats.

1:44:11

I saw like a lemur last night

1:44:13

and I've seen a bunch... There

1:44:15

are, what do they call it, the pheasants just

1:44:18

running around this place. You didn't even know it's

1:44:20

the lemur. I did. It's

1:44:22

in Madagascar. Well, I don't know what it was. It was like a lemur. You

1:44:25

weren't there. You probably saw a bandicoot. Lemurs don't live

1:44:27

in Australia. Okay. Well, I'll show you what

1:44:29

I saw. I don't know what it was. It

1:44:31

was lemur looking. I don't live here. Amazing.
