Monifa Coffee is the true definition of a multifaceted entrepreneur.With over 17 years working in entertainment & media industry; from celebrity makeup artist working with Nickelodeon, VH1, BET & CNN to 4 years as Editor in Chief of TXTURE Magazine; Monifa has also become a Black beauty industry “go-to-girl” for digital content, digital marketing, social media activation and visual campaigns.

When TXTURE Magazine took a financial blow in 2015, she used her publication platform & contacts to curate creative direction for talent, existing brands and small businesses looking for new ways to connect and gain brand awareness. She has worked with big brands including Creme of Nature, ORS, Just Water, and Beasley Media group; helping them achieve marketing goals and curation of unique digital strategies.

Currently, Monifa is on the marketing team for the 2018 How Can I be Down reboot by Reality TV star, Peter Thomas. She is also signed on as the new Creative Director for his company, PTEG. Overseeing creative curation for Club One, Sports One and the launch of his new venture, Cigar One & executing special events. Her goal is to help shape the entertainment industry in the Queen City!
