Somatic Movement is the most amazing modality to explore ourselves on all levels through our physical body. In this episode I compare Somatic Movement to Yoga, Pilates and Dance and explain why Somatic Movement is (in my opinion) more empowering and integral for anyone and everyone. I should note that I am referring to mainstream yoga in this episode- not the traditional and ancient artform- because mostly people are only aware of the physicality of the modern yoga practice.
