Hello and welcome to another HelloTomDyer Recap!
It’s World Health Day 2020 with the theme being heavily focussed on the frontline staff taking on the COVID-19 pandemic.
My Facebook Live episodes have been no different. We’ve had numerous questions relating to corona virus and how we’re able to maintain our routine to keep our heads sane. I feel very privileged that my natural state is very malleable so that I can adapt to pretty much any situation. Whether it’s lockdown in a house or trekking the Inca Trail; I just get on with things.
This is not easy for everyone though and I hope that my insights on the Facebook Lives are providing a different perspective and helping alleviate any issues you may be having.
