Dr. Nicole Lipkin speaks with psychotherapist Coleman Kraus, who specializes in working with adolescents and young adults, LGBTQ+ identities and exploration, eating disorders, trauma, and life transitions.

Coleman offers great advice for parents on how to create a gender-inclusive environment for their children, and suggests seeking out gender expansive experiences in order to normalize that world for both parent and child. 

Additionally, Coleman shares their own experience growing up in a body that didn’t match how they felt internally, feeling like they had to hide their true identity and the trauma that created for them.
