Playing many years in the NFL subjects a player to thousands of hits, and it wasn't until recently that they discovered that these hits have had a cumulative effect on the body and brain of the player.  CTE, or Chronic Traumatic Encephalopathy (CTE) is a progressive degenerative disease of the brain found in athletes (and others) with a history of repetitive brain trauma, including symptomatic concussions as well as asymptomatic subconcussive hits to the head.

Many retired NFL players are showing signs of CTE, and are seeking answers of what to do to help stave off the effects as long as possible.

Today Hines and Michael talk about the player's mentality about CTE, and what the plan is moving forward.
