Episode 61: Beverley Unitt - Mindivation

After many years in clinical practice, I have come to the realisation that one of the things stopping people from achieving their health and life goals, is self sabotage and low compliance. No matter what information I provided people about the importance of changing their dietary and lifestyle habits, many were incredibly resistant to change. To help my clients deal with this, I would refer them to a colleague of mine, who used hypnotherapy and psychotherapy. After a few hypnotherapy sessions, my clients were eager to make the changes I had originally recommended to them.

I recently completed a diploma of hypnotherapy and psychotherapy and I'm now on a journey to learn as much as I can about this field. Recently, Beverley Unitt from Be You Success Coaching contacted me and we had a great discussion about hypnotherapy, psychotherapy and NLP.

Beverley is the CEO – that’s the Chief Energy Officer – for empowering thinking communication & behaviour at BE YOU SUCCESS COACHING! Beverley’s expertise is in MINDiVATION. It’s her quirky, shorter name for Mindset and Motivation.
