Too many new agents would make houses not being promoted as they should, which would reduce the no. of houses being sold, which would reduce the amount of people venturing into real estates, which would be least competitive for houses being sold and the cycle repeats again. Sort of like Ouroboros, the snake eating itself. Great breakdown of the economic cycle.
