In this episode, I hung out with an amazing black man. In my eyes (my guest) is the epitome of carrying on the baton of black power history.

He is proud of his roots and his blackness his story is built on embracing the spirit of ubuntu. He elaborately spoke about his life growing up 

and the work that his grandfather started in the south as a minister that later on impacted the current work that he does. As a union organizer, he believes  

in collective power within the community to create solutions. He also shares what black fatherhood is to him and how his role as a father has evolved
