I want to use the metaphor of a game to demonstrate the process of generating new streams of revenue. I call it the Income Innovation Game.All games have constraints, process, and rules for winning. To do this at least two groups of people must agree that the problem is worth solving: a group of people outside your organization and a group of people inside your organization.
