I've recorded this episode while on Twitch - so you will hear me chatting in between. It's not the "perfect" podcast, very casual but the messages and stories I shared in this episode I'm feeling very passionate about and I want you to see that there is SO MUCH to be grateful for. Be happy, happiness is an inside job, you don't have to wait for a person or an object to bring you happiness, if you can't have found it now I promise you whatever you think will make you happy that isn't it, and if you feel happy with an object or person, how long will that happiness truly last.

Be yourself, do things for yourself, not for anyone else or social media. You are worth it.
