In this episode I challenge my listeners to recall a time/experience of joy and happiness—- and to give thanks for the experience. Aaaaand I also challenge them (and myself) to remember that single experience for the remainder of the day. The intention of this exercise is to program ourself to a state of “feeling good”. 💕
