Calming our minds and ridding our lives of anxiety is a skill that is build over time as we practice and implement principles into our lives intentionally. What are the methods you are using to battle stress and anxiety that stems from the touch points of life; bills, finances, decisions, relationships, ect. When we make tough decisions, pray, and write ourselves clear we can also help with our anxiety and worry for life. Most importantly we must remember what Jesus commands for believers as we trust God, live by faith, and the spirit.
