Katie Dalebout is a life coach, yoga teacher, author and blogger who loves writing and speaking about holistic wellness & personal development on her weekly Podcast The Wellness Wonderland Radio. She helps people develop a healthy relationship with food and body image by embracing a spiritual connection of their own understanding and letting go of the dogmatic rules we hear time and time again in our culture. Katie’s beliefs are a beautiful thing, and I continuously find myself attracted to her radiating love for miracles and life’s precious details. Katie is an authentic women who isn’t afraid to share her own struggles with her audience similarly to what I try to do on this show. Another thing I appreciate about Katie is her belief in vulnerability. It’s so important to be honest with yourself when it comes to your mindset, and be able to analyze all different aspects of health, especially those beyond the physical aesthetics that the world can see.
