Renee's Story - In this episode I chat to Sleep Consultant, Renee Rach who shares with us her journey into motherhood which started when she found out she was pregnant after being told she would never fall pregnant naturally due to suffering with Sarcoidosis and other health issues over the years. Unfortunately Renee suffered from HG and was a high risk pregnancy that ended in a beautiful C Section birth in a private hospital in her home town of Bundaberg. Renee goes on to tell us about her second baby who was also a complete surprise and how happy she was to fall pregnant after being convinced she would need to rely on IVF. Her journey from Maiden to Mother is what sent her down the path of studying to become a sleep consultant and help other women set routines for their families.
