Today I'm sharing a podcast I did with long time friends Jed and Brandy Taylor on their podcast Bread and Jandy Uncertified.  

We talk about the start of my journey with EFT and how it continues to help work through fear and emotional wounding and cultivate courage.  

Living a life of alignment isn't always about doing the "easy" thing.  Often the very thing your soul is calling you to do is the thing that is the scariest and brings up the most resistance.  We talk about how to" follow the bread crumbs" to find alignment one step at a time and why EFT is such a transformational tool for resistance.  And we chat about a bunch of other random stuff in-between:)
