Fernando is a former employee of mine and one of my favorites. He came to the states from Ecuador at 14 and fell in love with film. We discuss his ability to assimilate into a new culture all while maintaining a strong work ethic and setting clear goals for his future. With our mutual love of movies we also get into discussions about Lucky Number Slevin, Avengers, Cool Runnings, Matrix, Rocky and...Gilmore Girls. Hope you enjoy it!
