The Mattlaarfit Show's sole purpose is to help you be in the best shape of your life, both physically and mentally. We are here to fight against fitness and nutrition myths, harmful advice, and spread positivity. No matter your fitness goal, you can reach it with zero food restrictions!

Matt has helped 100's of clients successfully lose 1000's of pounds, and more importantly, KEEP IT OFF!

We focus on three core principles: Body, Accountability, Mindset.

By focusing on our body, we will help you become physically stronger than you have ever been. No matter how old you are and where you are in your life, we help you take back your mobility and increase functional strength.

By holding you accountable, we help you crush your goals while teaching you to be accountable TO YOURSELF! If you do not hold yourself accountable, you will have a hard time of being successful in your journey. We bridge the gap for you.

By focusing on MINDSET, we help you repair your relationship with food. Years and years of restrictive diets, yo-do dieting, binge & restrict, etc. takes its toll on not only your body, but your mind. Having a healthy mindset and relationship with both your body and food will allow you to be successful.
