This week we have another live podcast episode from our recent Spring conference. Professor Partha Kar is a Consultant in Diabetes, Diabetes Lead for NHS England and heavily involved in the MWRES - the medical workforce race equality standard. In this talk, Partha spoke to us about the data, and how it's important to gather data but then do something with the data to make change.
