Shelby is the creatrix behind the brand Tamed Wild  and is a former Baptist turned Pagan. From filing for bankruptcy and meeting the repo man to living in a historical mansion full of ghosts,  Shelby shares her story with candid openness and honesty.  From retelling myths and folklore to discussing religion and the wheel of the year, The Moon in Carolina explores the sacred and the everyday in a way that is both relatable and engaging.

Shelby is a published author, archetypal astrologer, and lover of tarot, history and antiques. She is in the last semester of her bachelor's in Anthropology program and is pursuing a Master's in Ancient Religions. She is a Cancer Sun, Leo Rising, and Libra Moon and lives in the woods of North Carolina.
