The summer is full, boisterous, busy, and just a lot. For some highly sensitive folk, or moonflowers, it doesn’t feel so great, and that’s okay! The way you feel during the warmer months is valid. So instead of wishing you didn’t feel this way, let’s use the way you feel to guide what supports will help support you this Summer.
