As an entrepreneur and an active woman in my community, there were a few frustrations I felt when it came to traditional "networking & business" groups, such as:

- As much as they tried, events still felt informal and surface level
-There was a lack of online communities that connected business women to one another
-Networking events seemed very selfish and all about ME ME ME!
- Facebook business groups being merely a platform to advertise and market, without a true sense of relationship and intimacy

I SAW THIS GAP IN OUR COMMUNITY IN THE BUSINESS WORLD. AND I DECIDED TO I NEEDED TO FILL THIS GAP. (insert The Stateline Fempreneur Circle!)

THE STATELINE FEMPRENEUR CIRCLE if a Facebook group for local 608 + 815 women business owners to come to support, learn, grow and build relationships. Building a successful business requires many things, including:

-strategy
-support
-leadership
-relationships
-fun & creativity
-innovation

The great thing? You can find all of these things in this group of women! I wanted to create a place where women could come to not only build a better business and have resources to do so, but a place where women could be inspired to be THEMSELVES.  Where they could find their own voice in the community. The energy in this group, coupled with the inspiration and quality of women right now is FIREEE! In just under one week, we are just shy of 70 members and I am blown away by the positive feedback I am already getting about what this group is doing for others.
