When I played the original Mass Effect, I didn’t have any friends willing to discuss the delicate [SPOILER WARNING] morality of executing a colleague’s mother right in front of them, and then immediately going out of my way to spare the life of a giant space cockroach. That’s why, with the release of the ME: Legendary Edition, I’m grateful to spend some quality time with the soothing tones of Scott “Scott Paladin” Paladin and Zach Jaquays as they navigate their way through the side-quests and bug hunts of Bioware’s universe. It’s always gratifying when you form a thought or opinion and hear the hosts discussing the very same thing just moments later. However, my love for this podcast is centred very much on how it helps me get through endlessly hellish days at work without having to resort to eating my keyboard. It is also (in my opinion) an appropriate level of horny, which may or may not sway you. If your love for Mass Effect is large but not uncritical, then this is the podcast for you.
