Today's guest Amayra Morales was busy climbing the corporate ladder for 10 years until she hit the lowest point with her health. After seeing endless specialists who only wanted to prescribe medications and never got to the root of her symptoms, she followed her intuition which led her to India, where she discovered Ayurveda. She was finally able to find a healing modality that allowed her to get to the root cause of her health issues and it was the beginning of her health journey. Because of her first-hand experience with Ayurveda, and realizing the power of this ancient medicine, Amayra went on to study Ayurveda. Amayra now understands that her Dharma (soul’s mission) is to help women holistically optimize their health so they can glow from the inside out.
