In a school environment, humans are the most important resources you have, beyond your facility- so treasure them!

Some tips and strategies to help you make the right decisions  when it comes to hiring super talent include:

• Define job roles before you hire
• Assess your company's culture and decide whether there's a match
• Create a job description 
• To get professionals, you have to be willing to pay them well
• Proper on-boarding is key and there's lots more in this episode once you dive in and listen!
